The upside, the installation guys were brilliant and the speed is reliable and fast. The downside, the monthly cost went up a month after going live. Nobody made me aware that the price change was so imminent yet they must have known. I feel it would have been better customer service to advise me in advance. Overall very pleased.
After over a decade with Sky for Broadband and Telephone we changed to WightFibre a few days ago. As well as being cheaper than Sky, we have a brilliant superfast connection now (Almost 8x faster than Sky) for less money a month. The thing that's impressed me the most though is the absolutely seamless customer service. I've needed a little technical help from Wightfibre whilst I've been reconfiguring all our devices to the new network, their customer service guys are brilliant, easy to understand and understand me. All in all it's the exact opposite of the very poor customer service Sky provide. Well done Wightfibre! Excellent superfast connection, Easy no problem install, First Class customer service. 10/10!
Service so far good but early days
From ordering to installation was very easy. The guys turned up, on time, and fitted the new devices, left them working with instruction on how to change things. All as expected to be fair. The wifi device plugged into the wall box is a little large, but you don't mind this because the wifi coverage it gives is First Class. I had extenders to use but realised straight off I didn't need them. I work from home, upstairs, two rooms over from the router, my speeds are still up there at 150MB. Even works down the garden, albeit a little slower down there. Been a user for 3 months now and so far so good, 30+ devices connected across the house, nothing to worry about here! One final thing, no need for a tied in contract, month by month works just fine. Well done Wight Fibre.

Finally a company offering a superb customer service experience. What a rarity these days for an actual person to answer the 'phone (quickly each time I've rang) rather than a recorded message, followed by half an hour waiting to speak to someone who turns out can't help! The product is also excellent at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
So far so good, had it around a month, much faster and cheaper than what i was paying BT. Customer service has been great too, you get to talk to someone quickly, and they are able to help, would recommend based on what i've experienced.

Fast, reliable and very good value
WightFibre’s sounded too good to be true. A great internet speed compared to my previous supplier and at a good price! The team that came to install the fibre were fantastic and couldn’t be faulted. The sale and contract, again all good. I was offered a £2 discount per month for the first 12 months although a couple of hiccups on billing have already been made. I have recently received a bill following the annual rise which has added £3.02 to my bill. My frustration with WightFibre is that having accepted a contract with a discount I found my neighbours were offered more of a discount for the same package within days. All in all, great fibre internet but I feel let down with the package provision and annual price hike.
