Instalation was ok. Not where we wanted it. Seemed the guys wanted an early finish and were looking for excuses not to install on the day. Service is generally good but does drop out periodically and wifi doesnt reach the kitchen in a 1 bed flat.

Installed really quickly and have had no problems since installation. I’m glad there’s a local call centre if there was any problems. The only thing I didn’t like was after signing up for a contract within a month the monthly payments went up I do understand things increase but I was expecting that to be a yearly thing.
It is easy to speak to someone on the phone. There was a follow up call after the installation to check we were happy. Communication is very good unlike our previous broadband supplier.
From the first phone call I made .. I was treated as a human being .. everything was explained to me over the phone .. and when it was installed the lads were polite respectful and explained everything in great detail and they didn't leave till it was all working and I understood it all being older generation its not so easy to grasp things straight away . Thank you .

Internet quite erratic connection, excellent download/ upload speed.
The plumes seem ok in certain areas but signal to outside summer house is weak also buffering occurs on some TV programs
Although we had a couple of teething problems, I called your service number, on a SUNDAY, and got an answer right back with the promise of a technician, who showed up that day. I was impressed with the service.
