The team were very good and helpful, they cleaned up any mess, made sure it was all up and running before leaving.
A couple of minor problems at the start, but after a quick phone call, they were quickly resolved. All good since and the people were very easy to talk with.
The installation team arrived on time. They carried out the works quickly and efficiently. And we're clean and tidy throughout. Everything was explained during the visit and set up was all explained.

WightFibre installed our super fast broadband as arranged with minimal disruption. The service since has been superb, my son in law who works in IT says it is the best fibre broadband he’s seen anywhere, way superior to anything BT offers. I only wish WightFibre installed on the mainland.
Install was very poor leaving cable vulnerable and only 2 weeks after install getting cut. I was impressed with the rapid deployment of a team to fix the problem who on seeing the install completely redid all the original work.

The company understood that my sister has learning disabilities but made sure that she was happy and all set up to go with her new broadband and being able to watch her favourite channel Netflix.
Good customers service and the WiFi very good signal
After 2 months waiting for the Wight fibre to be brought down to our end of the road, it was quickly done and straight away had internet. The problem was that 4 houses down the end of the road weren’t originally hooked up to Wight fibre when the roads were being dug up. Despite the delay, I’m very happy with the service. Customer service was great and kept me up to date with progress and even on the day of installation they rang a couple of times to explain what they were doing.

Ours wasn't a straightforward installation. We needed to link up with Sky, BT and numerous networked computers and devices spread throughout the property. The expertise and coordination within the Wightfibre team was first class. There were technical and installation problems to solve but they patiently worked through them and we got a first class result. Particular useful was the advice provided to ensure that I understood the set up to enable me to resolve some connection issues myself after the installation. Highly recommended!

Very efficient and friendly install team. The guys completed the work in good time with the minimum of disturbance to the fabric of the house. Once complete and after an overview of my package from the lead installer a speed check was conducted and exceeded the base figure by 20Mb. Since then the system has worked without issue. In conclusion, very happy with Wight Fibre as my internet provider.
