Can't fault the engineer on installation of the broadband, only problem I have is I can no longer connect my TV upstairs to the WiFi

Installation took over 3 weeks, every time Wightfibre got it wrong we went to the back of the queue. The installed product was way below contract speed and had to be reconfigured. No invoices received before the first three invoices were taken by Direct Debit, resolved after complaint.

I have to say the three young lads that came today, to install wightfibre were very polite and answered any questions we had. They had to run a lot of cable around our Bungalow so they could put their box just where we needed it, but it was no problem to them, they just got on with it. I am very happy with the service they supplied and extremely happy with the speeds we are now getting, compared with sky ! And a lot cheaper. Top marks to you

Can't fault the service. Wanted an island company. From initial enquiry to install, was only a few weeks. Speed is good and service appears reliable all for less money than sky wanted.

I would like to thank Tina for her time and effort to explain the process of my installation. I am elderly and I take a little more time to understand the process and technology of the modern world. I am pleased Tina was able to come out and visit me in my home, for I have little mobility. The kindness shown to me was exceptional.

as of 2nd July 2024 - speeds have suddenly dropped to that of being LOWER than EE, EE gave an 11 Mbps speed, no idea whats happened but wightfibre has suddenly dropped to 3Mbps, is this a normal one time thing? is this one purpose? is something wrong? is the max speed supposed to be this slow? whats going on?? Was fixed by resetting the WiFi entirely and everything related to it

Not good, not at all. No connection outside the lounge from the off - but now, two years down the line, I'm lucky if I can get ANY connection at all...& it's driving me mad tbh, so much so I'm seriously considering going elsewhere. Laggy, slow, no loading, no playback on streaming sites etc, etc for literal weeks. Back & forth with them on the phone, for around a week at one point - even thought that the issues had been resolved. Approx two weeks later, if that, it's all started back up again. I've had enough as like I said at the beginning, it's not like the WiFi extends further than the lounge - because it honestly doesn't. Whatever they had in action when I first joined in 2022, has now gone...almost like they flick a switch & it's downhill from there - until you keep upgrading🤔😏....no, no chance.

Very pleased with my new Broadband, it was installed efficiently, & has worked well since. Also, it was half the price from BT. What’s not to like! 👍
