Great speed after having mobile broadband for a long time. Installation went really smoothly. Cant fault the service so far and I've had it a few months now. Even the price is good, far cheaper than the main suppliers. Would recommend

I really like and appreciate the fact that WightFibre are totally island based. Their customer service is excellent. I had Wightfibre for about 10 years before we moved. Unfortunately, it wasn't immediately available in our new home, but going on previous experience, I waited until I could become a customer. I am not disappointed, and glad to be back with a company who cares.

After initial teething problems, happy with Broadband and telephone. The response to problems were sorted extremely quickly. Not sure about TV as I don't watch too much.

So much better than my previous supplier of phone and broadband and it is so reliable. Customer services are great to speak to rather than directing you to a robot!! Also the price is excellent, never let your standards and service slip!!

Engineer arrived within agreed time slot, installation was completed efficiently and use was explained clearly. Since installation has worked without problem.

Very polite & accommodating guys. Initially had a couple of problems that were quickly resolved. Excellent local customer service, quick response and able to speak to a real person rather than a robot.

The installation was very efficient and everything was explained well. But we have had problems with our landline phone (now hopefully resolved) but also the wifi is intermittent in parts of the home which is frustrating and disappointing. Telephone customer service is easily accessible and helpful, although we would appreciate an engineer to visit to advise on wifi issue.

Very efficient service. Great to get uninterrupted programmes on all channels and even better that you can actually talk to a person if you have a query. So pleased I swapped over from my previous supplier.
