Fantastic company and customer service is top notch. Zero connection issues easy set up and use of app is easy to navigate.
After checking it was ok, Wightfibre came the evening before (a Sunday) to run the cable in advance of our Monday installation (a bank holiday Monday). Installation was quick and painless. A few days later, the phone line went down but I got through very quickly to the WightFibre helpline, where the operative quickly sorted the problem for me and called me back a bit later to check all was well. Service has been prompt, courteous, locally based and geared towards actually sorting what needs to be done. Such refreshing, great service!
After a set up problem the service I received was first class. The support staff and engineers were always polite and helpful.
Although we had a few problems with the installation at the time, everything was sorted by WightFibre customer service and engineers who went out of their way to make sure I was happy with what I had ordered.

My bill is getting higher and my screen keeps freezing
Wightfibre was nothing but poor service from start to finish. Got the date of installation, 2 young men came and installed it but told me that they couldn't connect because there was a blockage. Was told someone would be out the next day to look at it and no one turned up. We them had to ring to ask for any update to which we was told they need to get a permit to dig up the pavement. The 1st date was 8th July, no one showed up. Again had to ring to ask for an update Got given another date of 31st July, no one showed up yet again and same we has to ring to only be given another date of 6th Aug and as you can imagine no one showed up. We then got given a big spill about how sorry they was and promised that it would be done the following week but same as before no one showed so we rang and just got told something came up and they would have to get another permit. By this point we'd had enough. They pride themselves on great customer service but we were just told lies for weeks. Never got given any updates and never spoke to the same person. They really didn't seem to care just lied their ways round the problem. Absolutely disgusting how we was treated. Would never recommend or use ever again!
Very easy to make contact with Wightfibre. Having spent hours and hours on the phone trying to speak with a human being with my previous supplier (BT) it is very refreshing to be able to get through very quickly to someone who wants to resolve a query. Excellent service throughout the process of installation followed by great support over the telephone when I came to set up various parts of the Broadband service.

From ordering the service all the way through to installation and switch on, Wight Fibre have been brilliant. They always pick up the phone after a few rings if I need to speak to them and are always extremely helpful. The price of the 500 Meg package is very reasonable, and I have been getting 535 megs, so a little bonus for me 😊
