Your engineers who originally fitted WightFibre to my house were excellent. Professional, friendly and they explained what they were doing and how they were doing it. The service is very good with no disconnects or slow speeds. My computer upstairs was not picking up wifi for after a while. The signal strength upstairs was not quite strong enough. So WightFibre fitted a booster for me. And now everything works fine. Many thanks...

After having continuous problems of the service dropping out regularly with one of the biggest providers, I decided to move over to WightFibre and, I am so glad I did. Helpful, polite staff, both on the helpline, which was just a simple phone call, no ‘menus’ to scroll through, and the engineers who connected the service, who left everything neat and tidy. The service itself has not dropped out once 🫰

The ever present courteous help line does not compensate for the persistent failure of the telephone handset connection since installation earlier this year.

Hello, im here to talk about an issue with my wifi in my area, currently im on wirless and they are saying I can only get up to 30mgbs download, and 2mbgs upload. But for a whole month i got 100mbgs down download and 30mgbs upload. And they fix it. So im bakc to 20mgbs download, so i asked can I upgrade my wifi to 300mbgs and they said no bc im on wirless but i got 100mbgs speed for a month? Also full-fibre is done in my area, but I live up a lane which they didnt extend the full fibre which is only 2 house away from a house that can get full fibre. So i ask when will it be avalivbe they said 2026, or i can pay for it to be done or dig my own line???? (I just want to pay for more speeds, why is that so hard)

Every thing seems to be working well. Haven’t had any problems. Just had family over for a week and they had no problems once they were logged on too.

Turned up on time, but couldn’t get a connection for about a week as they didn’t seem to have enough information on the existing duct runs. Once connected the service works fine and technical assistance is good if needed

The 2 young men who fitted the cables inside and out, where very helpful. Tidy, and polite. So that started off very good. I have had no trouble with the internet since I have had WightFibre put in. I would recommend WightFibre to my friends, I recommended it to my next door neighbor and she has had it fitted. She also thinks its great. Thank You.

The installation was delayed slightly due to weather and availability of ground crew to install under a block paved driveway. However once the team arrived they did a fantastic job, carefully removing blocks and restoring the drive as if it had never been touched. All through the installation process the wightfibre customer service team were easily available to answer queries and resolve issues with telephone connection which in fairness was due to lack of support from my outgoing provider talk talk. The broadband service is fast and reliable but I have had some intermittent issues with the service dropping connection. Other than that it handles all of the various items we have connected to it without any problems especially streaming tv which is seamless now. Regarding the initial problems wightfibre credited us a free month subscription without prompting which was excellent service. I highly recommend Wightfibre

It’s not good the signal drops out all the time got a booster so it works if I’m outside the back door and that’s rubbish too
