The thing that is important to me is that WightFibre is a local company, with local engineers and what is really wonderful is that you can speak to someone when you ring. No foreign call centers. Keep doing what you are doing. and please do not sell out to anyone, lets keep this an Island company.

Excellent customer service. Friendly helpful and resolved the problem within a couple of hours. Special mention to Gary at customer services and Richard the engineer.

The people who did the installation were very good, asking for my preferences and doing a neat job with the installation. A couple of subsequent queries were quickly resolved by the phone team.

Excellent customer support but a few teething problems with my broadband fibre connection initially. Had several instances when I had no fibre connection in the first few weeks which I could not always resolve without WightFibre’s support. Seems to be fine now. Speed is excellent in all rooms and matches the speed promised. Would rate 4.5.

Since having Wightfibre broadband installed in November I have had consistently good, fast broadband for everything I need at home. What made them stand out to me though was previously to choosing Wightfibre I had spent 3 months with Vodafone trying to get an OpenReach engineer to come and install broadband and I couldn't even get them to schedule a visit. So having Wightfibre schedule an installation visit straight away over the phone for a matter of weeks was music to my ears!

Quick and easy installation and so far, very reliable. I wasn't happy about having to give up two plug sockets, but so far the service makes up for it. Not only does it have minimal dropouts that only last for seconds at a time so don't really effect anything, but it is much faster and efficient to what I've been used to previously. At the moment the price is good, but if it raises significantly I may have to drop a star on future ratings.

I have no complaints about the Wi-Fi. However if I had known I would have had to have my wall drilled through to outside and lots of wiring to hide as well as few places to have the system wired in I would not have gone ahead.

Even the instalation was delayed (due to avalible lines) I was kept informed and when it was installed the workers were quick and polite and respected my property

Installers really knew what they were doing. Installed and working in no time. Very friendly and helpful. I am, however, finding technical support after a little slow.

Engineers did a good job of rigging a new connection between three poles over difficult ground. They tidied after fitting the router box inside the house. Router works fine. WightFibre staff always polite and respectful. Good job.
