Excellent service and very efficient and friendly.
Thank you Wight Fibre the product does as it says on the tin.
Good installation, all appliances operational, hope it stays that way.
Neat Wi-Fi good connections remains on line no delays very happy
Turned up when they said. Cleaned up after themselves. Were apologetic when hub didn’t work. Gave us an old hub until a new one could be sourced. Forgot to test our laptop connection but when I rang up staff were very helpful. Cheaper by £10 pm than previous supplier with double the speed. Few days later we noticed our phone only rang a few times and answerphone didn’t work ; rang company “not our fault, your phone must be broken.” About to buy new phones when it suddenly started working again! Would have given five stars if not for this.
FAST, RELIABLE, CHEAP with instant on island support if needed AWESOME
Did a terrible job installing the fiberoptics it's an eyesore and if I could share photos you would likely agree. Wight fibre took advantage of a vulnerable adult and refused to help when I questioned Thier practices.
I find the Internet cuts in and out a lot throughout the day
The WightFibre installers came when they said they would and were polite and efficient and left the whole area very clean and tidy. I’ve recommended WightFibre to several neighbours who have now also changed to WightFibre. I’m now paying half than I did with my previous provider. I’m very satisfied.
Very straightforward to deal with
Broadband seems to be intermittent.. for example I do experience drop outs of internet in my bedroom which is connected via the booster.. also in the lounge my WiFi enabled phone and tablet is connected to my WiFi but the internet is either not working (stalling) or not physically working.. as this is an intermittent issue.. I've not raised it.
Good signal. Phone answered by someone local and if you need engineer to call they turn up on time. Also Good prices.
Very happy with Wightfibre broadband.
Sorry I must have pressed the wrong star. Your service is outstanding and I am extremely pleased and satisfied with my Wightfibre broadband. Thank you. You are providing the best broadband service I have ever had. Well done. Linda Humphreys
Fast and reliable. Great communication prior, during and post installation.
Ive been with them from the very beginning back when it was Wightcable over 20 years ago and Ive never been let down. Great customer service, always someone to answer my call. Any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Local business that values its customers. Keep up the fab work guys 🙌🏼
Installation was very easy with Wightfibre, technicians set everything up and were very professional and polite. The difference was immediate and the upload speeds are the same has the download speed, which is amazing. Everything has been working fine, nice strong signal around the house and over the moon with the speeds. Prices are great and hope Wightfibre keeps it that way. Would recommend everyone to get behind Wightfibre and sign up.
Really helpful, sorted our problem quickly, did exactly what they said they would and kept their promises. Being Island based us a massive advantage too, it meant that the guy we spike to in the call centre actually spoke to the engineer so he knew exactly what we needed.
Broadband and telephone excellent service.
They advertise monthly contracts, but then bind it with red tape to keep milking the cash cow. I chose to reduce my speed to 300mbps next month, and was told, i can't, as i am locked in at 500mbps for a year... That was new information. Had I known at contract commencement, i would have chosen 300mbps, as i just wanted to experience 500mbps for a month or two, having just escaped from TalkTalk's 15mbps if you are lucky. Update: Wightfibre saw the review and decided to allow me to make the change, which is very kind of them. Though i do think in a climate of continuing austerity however, a little proactive thinking would be better than reactive.
