Took a about 2 years to be done as well live flats but great customer service and great broadband.

They contacted my management company for permission. They contacted Sky for disconnection. One week later I’m connected to W.F. Very helpful customer service nothing too much trouble. And half the price of Sky.
Installers arrived on time, were efficient and tidy. They made sure everything was working properly and helped connect our mobiles. to the internet. My only disappointment was having the outside box fitted to the front of the property
Works well, great installation and very quick. I just hope the price stays low and not rocket up after the first year.
Technician didn’t do the job properly. Did not connect properly. When previous supplier switched off unable to get television. When queried by telephone unable to get anyone out as an emergency. We are vulnerable and I have just had a stroke. I did not need the stress
They're rude my business I've been a customer for two years they disconnect me without my knowledge and they tell me to move to another company and it took me three months shut down my business and I couldn't trade I'm in a small takeaway called Navam Tandoori it's interrupted all my customers

A system that just works
Wightfibre broadband service has been slow and unreliable despite me paying for 500mbps speeds for the last 2 years. It has prevented me from working from home over this period. Customer services in relation to my complaint has been very poor. I felt I was being fobbed off by managers. I was told different things by different people within the company. I decided to use Wightfibre as I used them many years ago. At this time the customer service was excellent. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. I am so disappointed to have to now go to the Ombudsman to resolve my complaint at a time that I could do without this additional stress. Consumers please be aware!!!
Overall a great service
Excellent back up .. I had a problem connecting to service when I rang customer services my call was answered straight away I was advised how to re connect to the system by a very friendly helpful member of staff , now that is very unusual these days but not at wight fibre , Great to have a local service with great local back up
Quick reliable service nothing seems to be to much trouble when you have a slight hitch ,great service that I would highly recommend
