I didn't say the service was "Great", just "on the good side of acceptable". The reason is that the installation was very quick and efficient but the TV reception is still mediocre even though we are apparently on maximum reception.

There is nothing not to like, the service is great, engineers in time and helpful, if there is a query or a problem customer service agents are there for you, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Really proud to be a customer of wightfibre and would recommend happily

The installation process and the transfer from SKY went smoothly. But I had issues with setting a few devices, such as a not-so-old laptop (6 years), a speaker and a kindle to the WiFi, using the router provided. I ended up buying a more profesional router.. The customer service was very good, trying to guide me through the process of setting up the network. Hence 4/5 stars... Overall, good value for money.

Free WiFi for charity Nice people to deal with. Workmen clean and tidy while doing the installation. Cheerful and chatty. A good experience in all. WiFi working well so very happy. We are now a hot spot to help the homeless. What a good result.

Being able to talk to a real person makes so much difference! We had had a very bad experience with a previous supplier and WightFibre have restored our faith. We have found them very professional butchers also human.

Broadband is great. TV I can’t get free view without changing a connecting wire (which I can’t get at) . Netgem has 26 channels which are all BBC including radio stations. No ITV, apart from the Players or Channel 5, very clunky with what I can get.

The service and reliability of this broadband is second to none . Only the installation problems we had is the reason for my removing one star from the total. This seemed to be done in a hurry and cable fixed to a position not suitable for it.

Prompt response to request for a quotation / feasibility review. Move over to the new phone system and broadband connection was smooth with staff being responsive to requests. Flexibility of the phone system has made managing calls much more effective especially calls via mobile App.
