In California and Nevada those areas were quite frequent along the roads. The battery lasts more than one day. I never had any problems with the speed of the internet.

I was sent and charged for two devices when I only ordered one. I'm still awaiting a refund for the mistake. I was charged for it in July and am STILL awaiting the refund. The device I used worked well and this is the second time I've used Vision Global.

The wifi router was a bit heavier and bulkier than other ones I've used, and it took a long time to charge. Other than that, the service was great! Very easy to sign up, receive, and return.

The unit worked quite well, I rent a lot of WiFi devices and the battery life of this unit was good, which is really important. We were in a lot of rural areas and had service most of the time. The unit arrived with charger, return parcel and everything expected. Quite good. Thank you.

We used the Unlimited Max WiFi in Japan and it was great. Good battery life on the wifi, very consistent data signal, even on fast trains. My wife and I were both able to connect at strong speeds throughout the day. Also, very affordable for a 12 day rental. I absolutely plan to use Vision Global on our next trip to Japan.

Excellent support, got the device well in time. Setup was hassle free and worked just out of the box. Long battery life, and a nice gift :) Strongly recommend.

I rented a Vision Global mobile hotspot for use in Ireland, and its performance was outstanding. I was able to get a strong WiFi signal in most of the places I visited, including the countryside. I wish the unit was a little more compact, but this was not a serious issue. Excellent service from the company - the device arrived a few days before my departure, and I received prompt notice of return after they received the unit. I will certainly use Vision Global again.

Awesome customer service. Convenient pickup and drop off. I picked up the WIFI device at the LAX Tom Bradley counter with no issues. During my trip I was able to extend my contract easily by sending a simple email and also arrange to return the device via mail instead of in person. The staff, especially Luke, is very courteous and generous. I'd use Vision Global again any time!

I’m very happy with Vision Global WiFi. My vacation was going to start on a Friday and I called a week early to confirm. They assure me it will arrive on time. It surely arrived three day early. Save me some worries and I was ready for my vacation. Thanks

The device was out of battery when I got it. The Wifi connection was also not good when I was in Canada.

I had an excellent experience. I was in Sicily and had a great connection.

Once you hit 500mb, the speed slows down considerably. We managed to hit that FUP (Fair Use Policy) early in the 'day.' We were on a remote island where no one else could access. Two issues: 1. Watched the MB go up ridiculously fast while not doing anything. Did no video, updates, backups cloud access, etc. Something weird was going on. 2. Could not tell when the 'day' began. If all you are going to do is access email, this may make sense. If you have multiple users, some doing work, etc. not worth the money. Paying Verizon the $5/day or even AT&T the $10/day when you need it, may be the better deal.

Compared to Japanese pocket wifi this one seemed slow and didn’t work properly at times (usually by shutting down for no reason). However, it was good to have the possibility to connect up to 10 different devices at one time.
