The service in general was good. Getting the router was easy enough. I had issues with the quality of the service in general. It was slow and unreliable most of the time. The bandwidth was enough to navigate Google maps and to text but nothing more. I have contracted services with other companies that had enough bandwidth to stream music while we drove around the country and I think, if you want to be competitive, you should offer the same.

everything was good, aside from the return. i had to return it immediately when i got back and didnt have a couple days to return it.

Under extreme circumstances I was not able to pick up the WiFi. Being closed on weekends, which is ridiculous as many travel on weekends and holidays, I could not contact anyone. Overseas and upon return I requested some consideration in the matter and was told that a manager would contact me. This never happened. Of course my money was promptly taken. Unfortunately this becomes a negative situation and review.

Very practical and easy to use.i will definitely use it again in my next travels.

We were stuck in Japan for 2 extra days due to typhoon & Vision global wifi let us keep the hotspot for those 2 days at no charge. Pickup and dropoff at Haneda was easy and quick.

I'm a repeated customer and whenever I travel I rent their wifi equipment. It's easy to use, very practical and helpful. The customer service is also great. Easy pick up and drop off as well.

The Wifi connection is reliable. Never had any major issues of being disconnected. If data is slow, all I had to do is restart or refresh my phone connection. It's convenient and customer service is very responsive. They respond to emails and inquiries quickly and really finds ways on how to troubleshoot the issue.

Until it stopped, the Wifi device worked as expected. However, after using 5-10% of the purchased bandwidth, the device showed that I was at the limit and stopped working. The device and the company insist that i used all 500mb. I monitor the usage on my laptop and I used approximately 35mb of data TOTAL. No where near the 500 claimed. Luckily I was able to use public wifi to complete my trip. So my conclusion is that unless you purchase unlimited bandwidth, this device is completely useless.

Vision Global WiFi is cheating on T-Mobile Mobile Broadband Speed. It is extremely slow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! == Response to Vision Global reply == I tested at several locations. My T-Mobile phone get very good speed. However Vision Global Wi-Fi has extremely low speed (about 2G speed). I called several time to your company, the staff was nice, however they can't solve extremely slow speed issue.
