Excellent! We couldn’t have gone all over Japan without it...checking on what trains to take; restaurants; directions to our accomodations; etc.

Terrible service, extremely slow internet. Customer service took 3-4 days to respond to emails and offered no remedy to our slow internet. Worst money I've ever spent!!!

We used the service for our vacation across Europe, mostly in Paris and in Northern France. It was great! No complaints. Internet was fast and device pick up and return at LAX was easy.

The wi-fi device throughput speed was fairly slow. Although your materials indicated it was unlimited data, I only realized during the trip that things would slow down as you reached some undisclosed "cap" level. I found that to be somewhere around 400 mb or 500 mb of data per day.

The service was great, but battery died very quick.

Very easy to use and worked great in Brazil, no lost signal, good speed (I was aware that it would be 3G - but was surprisingly fast enough to regular social media updates, maps, etc.) even when I went to rural areas.

Easy to order online and fast service. I received my order the day before I left on my trip and mailed it back by dropping it at a U.S postal drop bin at the Airport.

Very convenient internet life for my holiday in Los Angels!! But I think that it’s more preferable to collect and drop off at Terminal 2.

Customer service was great and the Wifi box worked well but after you use 500MB then it pretty much stops working for the day so definitely not unlimited

The pocket Wi-Fi wasn’t very reliable and work on one Street and want to work on the next

Very quick and easy for pickup and drop off. Had a bit of a problem finding the kiosk at LAX as it is a multi purpose kiosk and the sign for Vision Global was quite small. Other than that everything was great.

Having a pocket WiFi during travel to the UK was so convenient and Vision Global’s service was excellent! The online price listing was spot on (no extra hidden fees), customer service was very nice, the transaction was smooth, and the WiFi signal was strong.

Rented regular 4G to Northern Italy. Most of places either no internet or very slow connection. Not sure it’s because regular, or need to upgrade to get better connection?!

Was very satisfied with our units, however one device seemed to periodically disconnect for no reason. Also same device had trouble charging & holding charge at the last few days. Would recommend to anyone travelling out of country.

My experience with Vision Global WiFi was seamless and wonderful. I received my device the day before I left and it worked seamlessly the entire time I was in Portugal. They have a great product and the price was perfect for a two week excursion. I will use them again the next time I travel to Europe!

I used the Global Vision Wifi router for 15 days in Ghana, Africa and it worked very well while I was in Accra or the more populated areas. But I traveled to the northern Mole region for 8 days and the wifi router did not work at ALL. It's much like how when your cell phone service is stuck on "E" or Edge, and it seems like it's working but it's really not. I hated he fact that I couldn't send texts or update my mother on how I was. It was very extremely frustrating. If they're going to advertise for having service in Ghana, they need to make sure that the device is in range for networks in the entire region. I paid for 15 days of service and was only able to actually use it for about 5 or 6. But what I will say is that the discount I received was nice, rather than me paying $10 a day for the Verizon travel pass. I would've spent $150 extra on my bill and the Global Vision Wifi box was just over $100 for the full 2 weeks.

Your hotspot made my trip so much easier! Japan has very few free Wifi places available and pay as you go phones are super annoying and are not very bilingual. Connected easily upon arrival and battery lasted all day. Could not have been more pleased. Thank you!
