This device was a life saver. I susposed to have a connection in my aprtment but it never worked properly. Delvery and return were simple. It was easy to set up . It was critical that I have internet and WiFi connection to other participatns in my travel group. The cost was reasonable. I will never travel internationaly without one of these devices.

Easy to pick up and use the wifi device.

Quick and simple WiFi solution. Sometimes we had trouble with the connections speed (but could also have been due to provider reasons). All in all a good deal and great service!

This is my 5th time using Vision Global and as always, fabulous signal, no problems with the device, easy pick up and drop off at the counter at Los Angeles International Airport. The only downside this time was the device battery is definitely showing it's age. The first time I used this company when traveling to Japan, the battery lasted a day and a half. This time it only lasted half a day without a recharge. Fortunately I have an external battery to recharge my phone so it wasn't an issue. My trips in-between were to different countries so it was a different device but the battery was much better on those trips as well.

The Wi-Fi unit would run out of power too quickly. I don’t know if this was a byproduct of the age of the units we rented. Overall, the units provided a helpful way to stay connected.

This works really good. Just wish speed was faster.

We received the wifi device a few days before our date of departure. It was easy to use and made a world of difference in our ability to maneuver around England and Paris. The return process was very simple as they provided the box, which was already prepared with the shipping sticker. I will use this service again for trips out of the country.

Excellent service and very convenient pickup/dropoff for me since I live close to their los angeles/Torrance office. The wireless service itself was great and worked well in japan. My specific unit however must have had an older/worn battery because it would only last about 4-5 hours when not plugged into a power source. Last year I rented the same model unit, I was able to go a solid 10-12 hours before the battery was completely drained. When travelling, I always have a battery pack with me so I just kept it plugged into the pack when ever I was heading out for a whole day so it was no big deal.

It gave me stable WiFi for the duration of my vacation in Sarawak, Malaysia. Will definitely use it again next year. Thanks Vision Global.

It was a easy to place order and received a couple of days before my flight. It was a easy return process. Daily rate was just about right but lower rate could have been nice. Hope to see weekly rate for future.

Philippine portion worked great japan portion worked less Shorter life of batteries, it was not keep connected and had to choose the network all the times Kddi was far better

Hello, all was done in very convinient manner - purchase, delivery, small complementary gift all six devises worked properly for whole day without re-charging of power. Only one thing was not so good - the size of router is too big.

The connection was fine in almost whole California (except Mariposa and other mountain lands). The service is easy to use. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. There was a problem with picking up our device at LAX (it hadn’t been delivered on time), but the manager-I-forgot-her-name helped us quickly by phone. So, I recommend Vision Global Wi-Fi with pleasure!
