I rented a mobile wifi from Vision Global for a trip to Paris, and I was very happy with it. It was very handy to have, especially for navigating. I also used it for a day trip to London from Paris and had no problems there either. It came with a charger, an adapter, and a small carrying case. Pick up and drop off was also really quick, I chose to do it at LAX airport.

There were many times throughout my time using this where there was no connection. Even when there was reception from the mobile towers and my gaming were hassling using 4G data on their roaming plans. The customer service was great though, really lovely.

The WiFi worked great everywhere we needed it, including in rural parts of Ireland where I wouldn’t expect there to be cell service. After it hit the 500 mb it wasn’t just slow, it flat out didn’t work. If you think you’ll need more than the 500, go for the 1 gig. We just had to be careful about how we used it, making sure that we turned it or our WiFi off overnight. The 500 was perfect for using maps pretty much all day and a little extra. I would definitely use it again.

This time the performance was not good. I used the device several times and this was the worst. So I will not use it on October 15th in Europe. I always give my customers a lot of vision Wi-Fi. I hope to be a better service.

The WiFi worked perfectly and the experience was good. The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars is because we didn’t get a confirmation email after placing the order. We had to call back and request another email. Which made us a little nervous because it was getting close to our departure time. Other than that, everything worked as expected.

It works perfect, there are places like high mountain place no signal comes.

Would love to have a "heads up, your device is on their way" email. I had to email them just to get a reply that the device will be arriving 2 days prior. Also for someone that is going on a out of country trip, sometimes 2 days is not enough, what happened if mail delivery messed up, what happened if I missed the package? many potential mishaps with too little time for backup. Device itself is easy to use, standard microusb charging port. No instruction needed (although included). You just turn it on, and the display shows your wifi SSID and password. Now the website claims unlimited 4G wifi. However, the truth is, there is actually a limit of 500mb and beyond that you may get 3G or MAY NOT GET WIFI AT ALL! So traveling to canada...not even an exotic country. Once we hit the 500mb daily limit, the device just stop working. We basically had no internet for most of our days. Had to restart it every 5 min to work for 2 min. Sorry this is plain false advertisement...even if you have it in "fine prints." Sorry bud, next time i'll stick to roaming with my cell phone.

The wifi pocket worked fine within city area ! You can pay via helpcenter if you order few days before pckup.

I really enjoy the freedom of not having to look for Hotspots. The router is the best option. It is a totally secure network you can use with no worries.
