Worked reliably most of the time. Some areas were out of coverage, which we didn't know until we were there. It would be nice if they send us the coverage map in advance so we could be better prepared.

WiFi was very weak and every hotel WiFi was unfortunately better. One of then three devices I rented would barely charge. This is the third company I tried due to their kower price and wished I had paid the higher price for a different one.

Although it was supposed to be an unlimited WiFi, the moment I reached 1.02G in a day, the system stopped working; secondly, the equipment constantly switched to Chinese. Lastly, the equipment did not hold charge, I had to constantly charge it

I rented a pocket wifi for Japan last year and the unlimited data worked everywhere and always was connected to the internet. That trip was 5 stars. This yeah I decided to rent one on a family trip to Vietnam expecting the same service. I would not recommend this for a trip to Vietnam. It's 1 GB per day and resets after every day. 1 GB runs out fast when everyone is connected. So yes for Japan, no for Vietnam. I would check to make sure how much data is really offered before you rent it.

Worked great but needed to reboot a few times. Not sure it’s because I was using and iPhone and the device is android. Other than that - awesome!!

Impeccable service! Device worked for two full months without any problems even in remote areas...I requested an extension from the company and it was no problem. Highly recommend!

Having the Vision Global WiFi hotspot with us while we traveled in Germany was a big help. We couldn't have used our phones the way we were able to without it. Saved us a ton of $$.

I rented a Pocket WiFi for my trip to Spain (1 week) and Morocco (4-5 days) and the WiFi worked enough for me to use my google maps and get directions but was slower than I would have anticipated for other things such as surfing the web, etc. I had to reboot the pocket WiFi every other day or so, not sure if this helped at all. End of the day, it did everything I needed but would have been nice if the service was a bit stronger
