I was charged of 44.80 USD eventhough i did not pick up the unit in Kansai airport on Dec 30, 2019. Also i received an email saying i already returned the unit on Jan 3.2020. How could that be; 1. i dont have the unit on the first place 2. I left Japan Jan 6. I want to file a complaint but i dont know how and where. It's a good thing i received this review email. Please check how this is happened. How can i refund the 44.80 USD that was charged to me.

Used their portable wifi router in Japan and had no problems whatsoever. Really happy with it, charging it was easy and it was very convenient.

I am a long time customer. I use Vision global wifi when I go to Japan. Fast wifi wherever I go. I like how its hassle-free to get the portable wifi delivered to your house and just send it back when done.

I rent a mobile wifi hotspot from Vision Global WiFi anytime I travel abroad. I’ve done my price research online and their price is seriously the BEST! Ordering process is very simple and the service is great as well. They reply to your email very quickly when you need help or any questions.

pick up and drop off no issue. I had to pull the battery several times on my unit (Pocket Wifi) to reset it.

Work for the first few days then crap out no data for a week now keep saying network busy can't connected bs work when turn on for a few mins then nothing lost signals no 3G or 4G at all won't even reconnect at all just sit there being a brick

We paid for 4G service. Received 3G most of the time. In addition, unreliable service in Rome, Italy and Paris, France. Not recommended if traveling to these countries. You are better off utilizing restaurant and cafe wifi. Would have given 1 star; but given 2 stars for responsive customer service. Excellent customer service. Unsatisfactory internet service. Not worth the price. Please check other service providers.

Complete waste of money! I can't believe we took the time to reserve and pick up one of these hotpots while in Japan. Once your data becomes throttled it is basically unusable. It ended up being pointless for us to lug the hotspot around and make sure it was charged. Although many places in Japan have wifi, getting to those places can be quite difficult if you don't have the data to navigate or look things up on your way. Save your money! Rent from somewhere else or go with a different means of a data plan.

We bought this to use in Japan for 2 weeks. For the first 500 mb of data, the mobile hotspot worked great, but then came the throttling. To me, throttling means slower speeds, but apparently to them it means no more data what so ever. This was dangerous traveling where we couldn't navigate properly and WiFi isn't as prominent in most areas as it is in the US. When I say no more data, I mean we couldn't even load something as simple as going to Google's home page. Edit: messaging didn't work either. Absolutely nothing did.

I always have a wifi but the unit doesn’t hold a charge...I mean maybe a battery problem??
