We got this voucher as a wedding gift as it’s not something me or the husband would have ever considered but WOW aren’t we both glad we did it. Yes we were both scared as we both aren’t keen on heights, but we had no reason to be, you just floated up into the sky, quiet, dreamy the views were breathtaking ! Ben was so professional, his duty of care to the passengers was his number one priority and he would not set off unless completely safe. Highly recommend to anyone, you need to do this at least once in your life.

Lovely staff and it was great to be able to get involved. It is so peaceful floating along above the clouds. Would have been nice to have seen a little more of the countryside we were crossing but it was a fantastic morning out. It has taken us 18 months to get a flight after several cancellations but it was worth the wait.

Great experience . Our pilot Pete Philpott was very informative but fun too. Location perfect and everything ran smoothly. Up in the air very quickly. Great views and info. Landing bumpy but to be expected, we all helped pack the balloon up and had fun doing so. Would recommend. Thank you

Customer service is first rate! I had difficulty in using my balloon experience - some weather cancellations - and personal circumstances meant I was moving abroad soon so the vouchers would have expired. The Virgin team were very understanding to the situation and promptly helped arrange a refund in these circumstances. Particular shout out to Lynn for helping!

What a lovely experience. Very peaceful and fascinating to see the countryside from a different angle. Friendly and knowledgeable pilot. It was a birthday gift that I won’t forget.

have waited over a year to do this experience due to cancellations as obviously you are at the will of the weather but got to fly yesterday and the experience was better than I thought it would be, the pilot and his ground crew were great the pilot was happy to answer any questions and gave details at points throughout the flights, he also had a sence of humour, we flew from Towcester and landed in Milton Keynes. We were offered the opportunity to purchase some photos taken by them whilst in the air and they were worth it also recieved them by email the same evening. I would definitely recommend and want to do the experience again myself the person I went with was also very happy with the experience.

Good communication prior to the flight to confirm take off location and time. Pilot gave clear instructions regarding our safety prior to take off. During the flight the pilot was knowledgeable about what we could see. A great experience.

Absolutely brilliant Really good morning out. Very well organised. Staff were all really friendly. Good getting involved helping set up & pack away the balloon. Flight was lovely; really smooth; amazing views if you get a clear day like we did There’s no toilet at the launch site (York racecourse) go to the Tesco just down the road before you get there.

Had a problem changing email account attached to booking. Lynn was really helpful and sorted the problem out straight away. Excellent service 😊

What a wonderful experience! We had to wait a little while for our flight… Covid, a pregnancy and numerous cancelled flights due to weather… but it was worth the wait! Super peaceful and it was amazing to see our local area from a different perspective. Our pilot Pete and his crew were super! Highly recommend.

Great experience on an amazing day. On Friday the weather was not great and our expectation was that the flight would be cancelled again, but it turned out to be a great day. The whole experience was enjoyable and the pilot Russell Collins did everything to make sure we had a good time. You need the right weather conditions, which can be a pain when the flights get cancelled, but it was well worth it in the end.

Amazing experience with Russell and Chris. Enjoyed taking part in starting up the balloon and the ending too. Our flight pilot was very informative. I enjoyed the whole experience of the afternoon.

What an amazing experience from start to finish. Peter, Steve and Adam made the experience great fun and still managed to make sure we were all safe every step of the way. The views were beautiful and the flight was surreal. Great landing which eased some worries! Good fun helping with the packing up of such a huge balloon into that small bag!! Thank you guys for giving us a memory of a lifetime.

Purchased for our Dad’s 80th birthday in August. So upsetting 3rd attempt cancelled yesterday. He’s got to wait till next year now. Something to bear in mind if you’re giving as a gift. Safety first but we’re all so so disappointed he deserved a nice day and won’t get his gift till next year. Will it even happen then??

An outstanding experience I would highly recommend! Annoying to have the flight cancelled so many times due to weather conditions but it was well worth the wait. Our pilot Dave and the team were clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. Safety features were clear and we had 100% confidence. I'm one of the best experiences I've had and I'd love to do it again! Highly recommended!
