Telephone message was clear. Our pilot Ed was great and professional. We were so lucky with the weather and the whole experience, which was a 70th birthday gift from my son who came with me and his wife, was wonderful. From the fabulous ride to the very gentle landing and the helping to pack up the balloon at the end. Excellent!
We received this experience as a wedding present and it was an amazing experience! Ed and his buddy were amazing, we felt so reassured and confident in the safety! We chose Oxford as our location and up in the air for around an hour admiring the amazing views, we went on the morning flight. it was fun to help with the set off and packing up then to end on a glass of Prosecco was perfect! They even arranged taxis to take us back to the original meet point
Excellent trip, the pilot Mike was amazing and credit to the two people who were helping him. Extra shout out to the lovely lady whose name I didn’t catch who did all the packing and unpacking of the balloon and also drove the mini bus, you were incredible! Amazing experience would highly recommend!
A first balloon flight but definitely not the last ! Chris and the team made the day so much fun and engaging. A wonderful experience watching the sun rising in total silence from 2000 odd feet up.

Great very experienced team who really love their job. You will participate throughout the experience with unpacking and blowing the balloon up and of course riding. I'm scared of heights and the instructor really helped calm me, it's also very calm nad just simply amazing!
After several years of cancelled flights, we eventually had a perfect August morning to fly over the Chilterns. Justin (our pilot) was highly knowledgeable and experienced, and between the gentle cruise at 1000ft he pointed out houses and other points of interest while explaining how it all worked. The setup and takedown was just as interesting and so glad we were allowed to be part of that.
Very well organised. The balloon trip itself was very peaceful. Nobby was friendly and attentive.
We were lucky to have flown with Mark ("Nobby") at the Bristol balloon fiesta. An absolute stunning experience. Nobby was an excellent pilot and host. There are no words to describe it... Just do it!
Our experience on the Virgin Balloon Flight with Russell and his ground crew was superb from start to finish. The entire experience was expertly run and my kids had a great time especially getting fully involved at the end helping to pack away the balloon.
Well worth getting up at 3am, an hour earlier than I thought,to be ready to meet in a field with facilities, somewhere near The South Downs at 5am. Warm welcome from the crew and then driven to our launch field. Fascinating to watch and assist with unpacking and inflating the balloon. Climbing into the basket is not elegant, very cosy once inside. The flight was so relaxing, amazing views, you can see so far it was astounding. Landing was gentle too, the bit some of us were most anxious about! The ground crew were there to meet us. Everyone helps with packing up the ballon, good fun. Then we grouped together to enjoy a glass of bubbly. Most of us had booked to celebrate a big ‘0 birthday. Not all of us came with someone but it didn’t take long for us to get chatting and buddy up. I would recommend the experience, easy booking system, brilliant communication of flight information, easy to re book if your flight has to be cancelled. Our crew were so friendly and efficient, they made it all look easy. Chris Aindow our pilot put everyone at ease, great commentary too. Chris and the crew were also up extra early so we could fly, Thank you guys.
We all had such a fantastic day, from start to finish, flying with Pilot Chris Aindow from Petworth. The team were amazing, had great rapport with each other (Edward and Henry) which made it all the more enjoyable. The experience was smooth sailing, complete with a complimentary drink at the end of our flight. The views were breath-taking and we really were very fortunate with the weather. During the flight, Chris pointed out areas of interest and took lots of amazing footage and pictures for us, which I would totally recommend getting at the end. Thank you so much for a wonderful opportunity and lasting memories.

What a wonderful experience - I was nervous beforehand, but was not scared at all on the flight itself. We glided offer the fields and I felt totally safe. What I noticed was the stillness of being above the earth. Would recommend.
After a long wait of 5 years from voucher purchase, due to weather cancellations, Saturdays flight was perfection. Russell was an excellent pilot too.

A amazing experience with great views, fully enjoyed. Team great, knowledgeable. Fun helping to set the balloon up pre ride & put it away afterwards, hard work & mayb not for everyone. Highly recommend, Worth doing it atleast once. Only downside I needed to pee so empty your bladder, not fun holding it in for over 3hrs!
