I wish i could give them 0 stars these scamers never answer phones or respond to email they kept my 5000k refund from the airline , but my bank was nice enough to give me my money back plz call your bank and file a dispute charge and surely 100% you will get your money back and for VAYAMA I WISH U PEOPLE JUST DROP DEAD WITH PAIN AND AGONY like u have caused others.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. One of the most awful experiences I have had in dealing with a 3rd party booking company. During a time of uncertainty and crisis, this company has done nothing but ignore and leave their customers stranded. My flight was cancelled due to the Covid outbreak and this company was completely unresponsive in regards to reimbursing me for a flight that did not even happen. Instead of looking out for their customers they go above and beyond to ignore customers concerns during this global pandemic. We are all struggling right now but this company is still happy to take money for services that haven't even been rendered. They should be ashamed of themselves. All my friends, who booked with different companies for the same flight, all have been reimbursed. Looks like I made a mistake booking with Vayama.. will not do this ever again.
Scammers, my flight was cancelled weeks ago and they not in a rash to return my $$. When I call, email Nobody is picking up!
How a company leave its clients hanged like that, don’t answer the phone calls and cutting all connections to reach to them. I don’t know how to get my refund or I even they will give it to me back or not. That’s such a HORRIBLE behavior. Will never do business with them again.

Awful! My flight has been canceled for almost 2 months, and there is no way to get a hold of them. I got an email stating that I would eventually get a refund, and they claim that they were waiting on a refund from my airline, which sounds like a bunch of b.s. I have tried to contact them, and they will not respond, so I opened up a PayPal dispute, which they have not responded to. Thankfully PayPal will resolve it in my favor, but no thanks to them.

Following up on my January 31st review concerning Booking Booking # VUS-13766108. On February 10th, Vayama notified me that my booking was cancelled, airline (Air Chin) informed of the cancellation so they can initiate the cancellation and refund, and once Vayama receives the refund from the airline, it will be transfer immediately to my account. On March 8th, Vayama emailed me that they received the refund from the airline following the cancellation and have instructed the bank to transfer the refund to the account which you used to make the booking. Also, that it may take up to 10 working days (i.e. March 20th) before the money appears in my account. They provided the payment overview for the cancellation. Of course the seat reservation were not refundable. It's April 29th, 37 working days since I was notified my credit card would be updated with the refund, and I have yet to receive the refund. In addition, you email Vayama and you immediately received a "Please re-confirm request" standard email reply message with no additional care about replying to a customer. Has Vayama actually processed the refund and when can I actually expect to receive it? - Matt
Horrible customer service. I will never purchase from Kayak or Vayama again. As instructed by Vayama, I checked my flights main website and it is posted on the front page that all flights domestic or international are cancelled. I called Vayama to follow up, and was told by customer service that my flight was still active and that they have not received any updates. Then they proceeded to tell me I need to get a letter from the airlines? i tried to explain that it is posted on the website's main page! If Vayama does't want to give me a refund I don't mind, but don't jerk me around with lies.
Just as everybody else really annoyed and upset about the lack of customer service, guidance, help and information from this company. Waiting for a full refund. Add me on the lawsuit so we can all get back what they are stealing from us.

My flight to New Delhi was cancelled for June 13. When I emailed them on Apr 11, they sent an automated reply that they will process cancellation.On April 25, they sent us an email for us to confirm a flight schedule change. If we don't confirm within 24hrs, they will confirm for us. When we email them they send to their website that nothing can be done. In the time of Health crisis when everyone is helping each other VAYAMA is taking advantage of peoples money. DISGUSTING, DISGRACEFUL, NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. WE BOUGHT 3 TICKETS FROM THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE Please save yourself the headache and book directly with the airline.

UPDATE: May 23, 2020. I finally received my full 100% refund! It's been 1 month. My flight to Taiwan was cancelled for May 22. When I emailed them on Apr 19, they sent an automated reply that they will process cancellation. A week later(April 26), they sent us an email for us to confirm a flight schedule change. If we don't confirm within 24hrs, they will confirm for us. Vayama said because there is an alternative flight, there's no refund. I called EVA airline and EVA said our flights been cancelled and they know nothing about our flight change. Now we are forced to "accept" the flight and risk other people, the airline employees, and the passengers at stake for their health. We are still not going to fly but Vayama is not fast at responding.
My flight has been canceled due to COVID-19 travel restrictions and I have not received a single response from them, only a generic email saying they will request a refund from the airline and asking us not to contact them. It has been more than 3 weeks past the date of the flight and I have not received any confirmation or update about the refund. They do not reply or answer any calls. I should have booked directly via the airline and not Vayama. Even if I would get a voucher back, it would be good, but this is just unprofessional customer service. VAYAMA, BudgetAir, or whatever other names you're called depending on the country, I will never use your website again. You keep sending me promotional & marketing newsletters, but you just IGNORE all of these customers who were affected by these cancellations.
Relieved to hear that others are facing the same aggravating experience with Vayama. 6 weeks ago our flights were cancelled for a family of 4 and to-date we have received zero response to our messages. Surely we should have received our refund by now. Moreover my husband had to travel for a family emergency during the pandemic and bought a new flight, only to have that cancelled too, with further losses and lack of communication. If anyone is planning a lawsuit, we will gladly participate.
I booked my flight with them to Bali in January and I am trying to cancel and cannot reach anyone. I called the airline and they told me they have to request cancellation and I am afraid if I don’t reach anyone flight will not be canceled and I will loose my money. I am looking to hire an attorney to sue them , I see here that many of you are interested to join. Let me know.

Update: So I finally got my refund back for my trip to Thailand. It's a miracle. This company's website was riddled with ineffective links; to say that their customer service helpline was abysmal would be to suggest that there were actually any kind of customer service helpline; any time you called, you'd wait on hold and then be inevitably hung up on with no explanation or human contact; they gave no updates on the status of the refund at any point of the refund process; finding a telephone number for the customer service line was extremely difficult and well-hidden. I have learned my lesson to never use Vayama or any other travel agency again. Instead, I will plan through kayak but book through the actual airline. You should too. F*** Vayama and shame on kayak for using such a hack travel agency.
