Bad experience. I asked for cancellation quote and called Vayama for few times, and no response at all. I tried to contact airline directly, it asked me to contact the agent. Airline also posted that all international flights are suspended now. But the email that I received from airline was re-routed, I'm so confused and no way to find out what correct info is. Don't use this agent. It's very frustrated.

Had to cancel my trip, because the corona virus caused the wedding we were going to to be cancelled. After two weeks of waiting, I have heard nothing back, gotten no emails for confirmation, did not hear back from customer service about my separate inquiry to check up on the cancellation. No money back, not to mention very few emails up front before I even tried to cancel this trip. There was issue with the payment going through, and no confirmation when it did finally go through. It just showed up on my bank statement. Seriously, this stuff isn't automatic?

This is by ar the worst travel site I have ever used. I have sent 3 cancellation emails. None have been answered. My trip has to be cancelled due to the Corona virus and we can't travel to Europe from the USA. Which was mandated by the Federal government. They keep sending emails about what my family can do on our trip. They refuse to let me cancel. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

I'm here to complain about the unsystematic service and ask for refund!! On 31st March 2020,I made a payment for three passengers to travel from Dublin,ireland to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia by Qatar airways . But I didn't get any confirmation. So, I phone Qatar airways, to ask, they said didn't have our records. So, I sent an email to you guys and ask why. But what I received from you guys were the system reply So, I'm here to ask for the refund which the total is €1706.97

I am so disgusted like so many others who have left reviews. I booked a flight for my family and I to the Philippines in which we were to fly March 10-30,2020. BUT because of the start of COVID-19 beginning we called and cancelled our flight on Feb19,2020. I spoke to "Mark" at 3:05pm and was told it was an additional cost $400 to cancel but was told I would receive refund in 5 working days. It is now April 3,2020 and still nothing. I sent an email end of Feb, again March 16, then on March 20/20 and another 4/2/20. I have tried UNSUCCESSFULLY to get through on the phone. There is no one manning the phones. Vayama works with Travix Travel USA,Inc and they are just as useless. Every phone # I've tried says call failed or not in service. I cannot understand how they can even stay in business with such horrible management. My suggestion is NOT USE THEM!!!

I am still waiting for a refund from January. Xiamen Airlines has sent the refund to them and they refuse to release it to my card. Do not use this site it is a scam and I am looking into legal counsel for reparations from Travix (owner).

I requested a refund (using the airline's refund code) weeks before the flight, but still haven't received it weeks after the flight. The website message said to call (because it was within two weeks of the flight), but the phone message says to email. No response to emails yet.

Beyond poor customer service, unethical business practices. Could not communicate with Vayama via phone, email or website. I will never use this travel agency service again.

I wish I could give them negative stars. I bought a plus ticket which includes luggage and they gave me a basic ticket that does not include luggage. They refuse to acknowledge their error and on top of the extra money I paid they want me to pay the airline an extra $90 to bring luggage. Total scam, they are literally stealing peoples money.

I've had nothing but problems since I booked my ticket, even before COVID. There were ticket changes and flight changes and I had to spend countless hours on the phone with multiple agents to get them fixed. Now that I'm forced to cancel my trip to Japan due to COVID they are providing me no support and no refund. Spend the extra money anywhere else.

So I left a review recently but here is the updated one!! I am too upset I don’t even know where to start. FIRST of all, this was not just a ticket for one person. It was X3!!!! ($1800!!!!) SECOND of all, I finally got hold of a person on the phone and I canceled my trip in January. The agent who helped me over the phone verbally told me that I will receive a payment overview in 5 business days and I will get a refund for my trip. GUESS WHAT?! It has been 2 MONTHS!!! I have not heard a word from them!!! I didn’t even receive any email regarding payment overview... no refund either. When I email them... no response. When I call, they hang up! Can this even be legal???? I will contact my lawyer tomorrow.. this is out of my hands now. HORRIBLE COMPANY! TRUST ME PEOPLE! If you buy tickets from here this is what you would have to go through.... I’m not a fake person who writes fake reviews. Integrity is everything to me. Im in law enforcement. You gotta trust me! I don' recommend this agency to anyone. This is my first review in my life, i'm so angry that i don't know what to say. Booked 660 USD flight, tried to cancel it few minutes after and after couple days they say that they will cancel my flight but i will not get any refound!!!

Я уже неделю не могу дозвониться до этой компании, понимаю карантин и тд. Но у меня был обратный билет из Бишкека в Нью-Йорк остались 4 дня до моего полёта, надо передвинуть дату, так как сейчас все рейсы закрыты из-за пандемии. Позвонил я в Turkish, там сказали, что компания Vayama, через которую я покупал билеты - отменили мой билет. Теперь я не могу дозвониться с vayama чтобы обговорить дальнейшие действия((((

I wish I can give NO star. They are terrible. I will never use them. Our original flight was on 3/30. First we received an email from them saying they would cancel/ refund any flights if your flight gets canceled due to the coronavirus. The airline company canceled the flight, so we went online to check on our refund status but then we found out that Vayama decided to move our flight to the next day without any notifications. No email or anything. Now we are trying to cancel our flight but no answer. On their website, they said they are working so hard and focusing on customers with the most urgent departure dates. Hello? Our flights are supposed to leave in less than 24 hours. Never ever use them again and probably never use any third party ticket companies again.

As some of you said here, I also had no luck to contact Vayama to cancel my ticket. I ended up filing a dispute with the credit card.

In the beginning everything was fine, but when the coronavirus pandemic began, this agency showed itself from the most terrible side. Vayama is a very irresponsible company and they don’t care about customers. I call and write to them and give a request for a changing our flights for two weeks now, but they do not respond and do not want to help. In no case do not buy tickets through this agency. They are scammers.

Vayama is cheating people, they misuse my credit card details. Airlines cancelled my ticket on 19th March, but today Vayama charged amount for cancelled booking. So please careful with Vayam, they are misusing the credit card.

If there's a zero star i will give vayama a zero star. They left their customers in the dark in time of this Covid-19. Never will i use them again. No customer service at all.
