TherapyNotes customer service is by far the most SUPERIOR customer service around! When you call, the wait time is not long, and when someone get on the line with you the enthusiastically help you resolve your issue and then follow up with an email outlining whatever you spoke about with instructions if needed. Everyone needs to take a page out of their book because you never walk away without the answer.

Eduardo (Eddie) was amazing! I have been having a problem getting the process to bill traditional Medicare worked out. I have talked with others at Therapy Notes and Medicare numerous times without resolution. I called to talk to someone about the ERAs, and Eddie saw that Medicare had used my individual NPI rather than the group one. I had corrected the ERA, but there was another step Eddie identified that still needed to be completed. He is so knowledgeable, and he went beyond what I was asking to catch the problem. I cannot express how impressed I am with his work ethic, as well. He walked me through every step. He made this experience so awesome for me. And, hopefully, the billing problem will be resolved, and I can get paid. I really cannot say enough positives about Eddie! I have always been impressed by the staff at Therapy Notes, but Eddie has blown everyone out of the water!!!! Thank you, Eddie!
