Shipped item with express post and payment made promptly upon receipt of my old phone. Only issue was that they deducted $70 instead of $30 as the next step down for the conditions is only $30.
Quick and efficient service but not happy as price of my phone was reduced drastically by huge amount by receiving team due to some minor scratches they found. But went ahead with trade. Overall great communication but if you are looking for better price to your old phone as it's advertised, then be ready to expect it reduce upon receiving and then it comes at par with other trading company like Samsung itself.

Don’t abide by their summation of good ,fair condition. Was offered a price of $20 which was accepted for a working iPhone 6. They downgraded it to $5 with a comment there was screen burn not evident when sent. Very disappointed with the result and would’ve cost me $10 to have it sent back. Obviously they know this hence the resultant outcome of a lousy $5.

Very smooth experience from start to finish! I completed a 'sell order' online for my iPhone 11 Pro which was in poor condition (broken back glass) but functioning. Based on this info a received a preliminary offer of $120 pending inspection. As I live close to their office I was able to drop the phone off in person. Not even 30min after dropping off the phone, I received an email that testing has been completed and that the $120 offer stands. After a simple 'YES' reply to accept the offer I received the $120 by bank transfer the next day. I highly recommend them!
