I was offered a set amount for my phone with. NO fine print that I would be offered less if they decided the phone was not in the condition I stated. My phone had no visible scratches to the naked eye. Mobile guru must use some sort of magnifying camera to pick up on fine scratches making them a lot worse this then resulted in me being offered $70 less. They should gave put that in the pre selling advice but waiting till later. I accepted that as I couldn’t be bothered dealing with doing it all over again once accepted it took another 7 days plus to pay me!! Next phone I will sell to Reebelo this has also put me off buying from mobile Guru

This was the second time we have used Mobile Guru for recycling our old phone. The last time was a poor experience but this time it was very good. Dealing with them was quick, with their response once they received the phone very prompt. Assessment of its condition was very prompt and the price offerred was consistant with what we estimated. Refund was quickly submitted to our bank account. Regular emails from the company kept us up to date with what was happening with the phone. No issues this time around.

The Trade-in Process was so smooth. It was a shooting in the dark especially when you decided to do a trade-in to a shop across different states. They used a reputable software solution for ticketing system and it will keep you informed about the whole progress.
I was very happy with process & give it 5 stars up to payment. I was advised the payment had been processed on 4 Nov but did not receive payment until 4 days later. Bank transfers are now instantaneous & I give 2 stars for the time it took to get the money in my bank account. This slow payment was caused by my payment not being processed in a reasonable time by you Mushroom& was not the fault of slow bank transfers. Century
Sold my phone quite easily and the pricing was fair. I particularly liked the fact that they provided a prepaid express post sticker to print off so I can just drop it off at the post office. Payment took longer than expected due to higher demands but I got within a week after they received my phone so I'd say it's fair.
Process was quick and easy with great email communication. I used the drop off service, dropping the phone off on a Monday, receiving payment by Thursday. I traded in an iPhone 11 Pro and got a great price considering the battery had 80% capacity. Would use Mobile Guru again.
