I went in person to delivery my iPhone and had a few questions to ask. The man I saw was very nice and friendly and answered all my questions. The process was seamless and received the funds the very next day. This is an awesome service provided by The Mobile Guru.

Good communication and overall process, especially at busy time of year! I did, however, have an issue with the website on the first go and ended up doing two orders, but it didn't matter in the end.

I found The Mobile Guru very acceptable to deal with and sale of my iPad 8th Generation was prompt and efficient. I was informed every step of the way regarding the return of the product and details of the price they were prepared to pay. My iPad 8th Gen was in mint condition, and I was offered $230.00. They agreed this was the case but advised the battery condition was 87% and reassessed the price to $200. I would contend that would be consistent with an iPad of that age. I recently sold an iPhone 12 in good condition with some general wear and tear scratches as documented on their website and the price offered was $370. When the phone arrived, it was reassessed at $160. As efficient as the organisation is and the fact that it is a buyer's market, there are other organisations that I have dealt with that maybe not as structured, the price agreed to is better and does reflect the age of a device. Maybe if you just returned a totally new product to them, they would still find an issue to drop the agreed price.
I have now sold an Iphone & Macbook through Mobile Guru. Send in process is straightforward. Trade-in prices are competitive. Assessment and payment were very fast. Highly recommended.
Don’t abide by their own guidelines for good or fair condition. They downgrade your phone even if it matches their description for the higher level.

This site is legit, filled out the form ticked what I thought my phone was worth, was in communication all the time via email. Once they checked out my phone they told me what they felt it was worth and were very fair with the estimate. Easy process. Quick. Highly recommend

Fast and honest business - my go-to place for selling my phones when the contracts are up. I've sold 3 phones via Mobile Guru over the past 2 years, each time they've honoured the (great) price offered and paid me quickly (although there was one instance where it took a week). Most recent sell went smoothly and looks like they've improved to AU Post Express which had tracking and got to them from Sydney overnight.
