I sent my iphone 16 pro max off to mobile guru after receiving a quote online, parcel label sent immediately to my email, which is reply paid, no delivery fees! Phone was recieved by mobile guru, a few days later, tested within 24 hours, awaiting payment which I’m sure wont take long. Turnaround time <1 week (including the weekend). Communication 10/10 and true to their quoted price, highly recommend mobile guru!
Re: Major Failure I ordered apple iPhone 11 - 256GB which was advertised Pristine in condition for $427.00. I also took the Reebelo Care 2 year Extended Warranty until 2026-04-24. I have had several issues with the screen of this IPhone 12 in the past 8 months. I have send the phone back to the vendor three times. It was repaired and sent back to me on 3 occasions claiming to have fixed the fault. 1ST Incident – 30th May 2024 2nd Incident – 05th July 2024 3rd Incident – 27th August 2024 Now I have a 4th Incident – 2nd December 2024. Now I am also receiving this message about my battery health. "Important Battery Message Your battery's health is significantly degraded. An Apple Authorised Service Provider can replace the battery to restore full performance and capacity. Maximum Capacity - 72% This is useless phone.
Selling my phone at Mobile Gurus was very quick, easy, and safe. I dropped off my phone in person on Saturday, and they had a price for me to accept or deny in around 2-3 hours. My experience with mobile guru was a great one. They are fast, efficient and communicate well. The transaction of the sale was fast and in my account within 24 hours. For anyone wanting to sell your phone to them, I say go for it. Only downfall was I was quoted a higher amount then I got but the at the end but it was still a great deal.
They were very easy to deal with, no cost for me to send my old phone via Aust Post. They agreed with my assessment of phone condition and money was paid in same week, would definitely use these guys again!
