My phone had never had the screen cover removed but they lowered the price by $100 and said it had excessive screen scratches. Then offered to send it back, but I would have to pay them postage. Ended up getting it to $875, but would never send another phone to them again. They then offer cash back if you leave a positive review…..(guess I will miss out on the $10)

This is the easiest way to sell your old mobile phone, Be realistic and not look at your old phone through rose coloured glasses. My example, I believe this is common. I had a Samsung S20 FE 5, I believed it was in fantastic condition, the online offer of $180 was great but reduced to $90 when they recieved it. So look at your phone as if you are going to buy it. These places take all the risk, so look at phones with a jewlers magnifying glass. I don't blame them, If a friend offered me $50 I would not hessitate. So initially dissapointed , I am happy its sold and I don't have it hanging around. Quick and good communication.
