Service was prompt, and they delivered well within the time window... the only issue that I would say I had was with the fact that the wore their muddy boots all over my house to deliver the bed... if I had have known that they don’t wear the overshoes when they are indoors I would have better prepared

I’ve been a Tepperman customer for over 7 years. I usually have a great experience but lately it’s been really bad. Customer service seems to be low on the list with this company and the way they speak with customers is unacceptable. I am not a problem customer but I feel that Teppermans forgets their role as giving good customer service. I will be thinking long and hard as to whether I want to spend my hard earned money at this establishment

Sofa was taken apart and reassembled in the basement as requested. Down basement stairs around 3 corners.Did an excellent job and on delivery schedule.Thank you

Have always furnished my homes with Tepperman's. Great products, price, selection and help from employees. No need to go anywhere else.

I had to assemble my purchase and I had no instructions and the store didn’t have it also. They told me that the delivery team was going to assemble and at the last minute, somebody called to tell me they won’t.

I am not impressed with Teppermans delivery or installation. Three men arrive to attach a headboard to my new adjustable bed and they leave with it not level or aligned. I can also lift headboard and watch screws roll up and down the bracket. Told me that was the best that could be done. I wrote my complaint on paperwork and have not recieved any call from Teppermans to resolve the issue.

Great help inside of store. Not pushed about sales. Furniture arrived on schedule without any problems.
