I called and left a message with the winsor hope the man named Steve got a talking to. Because I did not like the way he talked to me. He made me feel very bad and low. I got a bed from you for 1000 dollars. Give me a call
While shopping for beds I felt a little rushed. Also delivery was a nightmare. I was told I would get help moving my old bed downstairs when the men showed up they didn't do that and left everything in my living room. The delivery man said to me "they just tell you anything to get a sale, we hear this all the time." I honestly felt a little scammed. I did call in to get my delivery fee refunded. Which wasn't even worth since I missed an entire day of work, and spent 6 hours moving furniture around to get these beds in the right spots. If it wasn't for that I got my delivery fee refunded I would of done a one stair review.
My stuff got thrown out of the elevator by the movers and put on the dirty ground had to ask for the couch to be put together very upset 😡 with delivery. Rude and unprofessional
Okay overall experience. Guys that delivered couches were amazing. Girl at customer service department was negative and rude. I almost walked away without purchasing the couches. Complained how she was working 12 hrs.
Brandon, my salesperson, was attentive, knowledgeable and accommodating. The delivery team was polite and did an excellent job of setting up my bedroom furniture, despite several unexpected challenges.
