Good service. Chair arrived in good time. I tracked the arrival time and it was within 10 minutes of the predicted time. Salesperson was very professional unlike one at one of the other big box stores.

Product and delivery was spot on. Could use a quicker way to finance with signature 40 minutes in total. Also the sales lady could make sure to ask about delivery and not wait till items arrive and then ask for $80.00 more. I think one sales person should be able to help you being well rounded in all products would make things smoother. Having multiple people from different departments is a waste of resources, this process takes way to long.

Sales person promised us items would be set up & packaging removed. Delivery people were extremely rude & unwilling to move anything past just inside the front door. Will not be doing business with Teppermans ever again and would advise anyone else to do the same. I have tried to contact them regarding this and am put on hold or sent to voicemails. Very dodgy.

Our salesman was very knowledgeable, providing us with sufficient information to make an informed decision without feeling rushed. We appreciated his non-aggressive approach to selling. He was concerned that we would get the product that would best meet our needs.

Excellent service both in store and delivery.

This is the 3rd time I have purchased from the Kitchener Ontario store and so far I have been happy with the service and products. The only complaint I have is I financed my purchases and just bought a chair that I had custom ordered and received December 26th then purchased washer and dryer on January 18th and was told if I financed within 30 days I wouldn't have to pay the fee again but in the store I was told it goes by the date purchased and it was a bit over a month. Now I have paid a financing charge twice within a short period of time and I'm not happy about that.

Professionals for sure we purchased a washer dryer combo at a great price. The delivery truck arrived on time at our cottage on a snowy day, the guys were personable and we were on our way promptly. Deborah Miller

I have always found teppermans to be a very good store to shop in, and I love there products

unit delivered to my home for set up..but screws missing to complete setup...then waited 8 days for 4 screws so they could finish the job..so set infirst time i ever had a problem with themcomplete in my livingroom...why not just take that unit back and bring me another one..

Great customer service.

Had to wait over three weeks for delivery. When furniture arrived, it was missing the legs for the sofa. Had to wait and go into London, Ontario and pick them up. So was not satisfactory delivery

Other than communication between staff was not clear in the computer system, everything was great. Very happy with my purchase. Delivery guys were super friendly and super helpful!

I feel lied to. That is why the low star. Furniture is great, but the costumer service desk do not tell you the truth. They told my husband and I we would only have the balance to pay until April 1 than interest would start. We thought we would get through Christmas first than pay off the bill. Today I called about my balance and it was higher than what I thought, I asked why. She said because there is a premium that is paid every month. No one told me about this "premium" and multiple times they told me I wouldn't pay any extra until April 1st. Unless you want to be lied to, I wouldn't recommend shopping there.

Pleasant Experience, All Around!

Product unable to fit through doorway so was returned to the store. Was offered minuscule credit and to purchase at another competitor store. Went to talk to sales rep and didn't respond to page so left. WISH i COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR RATING

Wait was a bit long as the upholstering I requested was not available in stock in Canada. But once received delivery was prompt and the guys quick and professional. I love my new furniture!

We have bought all our furniture here as family and friends have had great experience. We just moved and got a couch, table and tv stand to end up having a tear in our couch. My boyfriend had to take another day off to have a tech come in to fix our couch. We just bought mattress and boxspring to yet again have issues. It arrived with a black stain across the width of the mattress. The delievery guy was great and immediately did something about it. However we ended up having to call customer service after we were told they would call us. We then have a couple options which involve one of us taking a day off again for replacing the mattress... we paid a lot for our furniture and now we have ended up having to take two days off of work to deal with this... I really think we should have some money taking off and have the mattress replaced as we have now had to take two days off due to teppermans damage... I would like to say the salesman we have dealt with was hands down amazing but I’m a little annoyed with having two pieces damaged and loosing out on two full days of pay to get replacements.. which technically we had to take two other days off for the first delievery.

Well first of all price was great on the items we bought. The mattress set was a King and was even better quality and comfort then we experienced in the store. And the kitchen island was gorgeous (and was already setup and ready to go by the warehouse staff). Everyone that we dealt with was great and very professional! Our sales rep took the time to show us all the models and explained the difference in mattresses. The delivery staff were top shelf and set up the mattress and foundation and made sure we were happy. And even with a major snow storm occurring at the delivery time, were prompt with a great friendly attitude. They were terrific, and a lot of fun. And the way we were kept informed on the delivery date and arrival times was very helpful. We could not ask for a better experience and just another reason why Tepperman's is our go to Windsor furniture store. They do everything to make a shopping experience a pleasure and it shows.
