From friendly sales people to awesome delivery men this was a great experience! I had problems with another furniture store so it was wonderful to be so well taken care of. I loved my Teppermans experience.

Phone message for delivery could improve. Message cuts off and delivery times are hard to hear. They also phoned twice with two different delivery times which was confusing.

Had a great experience with Bernie (Teppermans sales Rep.), he was very informative, patient and took the time to show me different items without any push to buy something. When my items arrived, I have never had better delivery service than that done by Pierre, Denis and Andy. They were extra careful and took their time. They had to move large items up and over a railing, up a stairway and down hallways and didn’t leave a mark on anything! Super impressed by their polite mannerism and professionalism. Wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend this company.

Worst furniture ever. Holly was great helping me with my purchase. The guys that delivered the furniture were to say the least, were were phenomenal! Couch and matching power recliners look great in my home. That's were the praise stops. When the recliner sections of the furniture are extended to the sitting positions, they are too short leaving my feet dangling over the edge. I'm only 5'6" tall. When the back of the recliners on the couch are lowered to more a laying position, it is impossible to get comfortable. Feels like something is protruding into your back. The motor for the recliner makes a 'springing' noise when retracted. So annoying! This furniture is about 6 months old. Really regret this purchase and would love to exchange it for something else. I was considering on purchasing bedroom furniture, but will likely look elsewhere.

I just love the experience at teppermans and the salesman was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time with me to find the perfect product to make me happy!

Purchased the Headboard from the Diva collection first, I was so in love with the look and quality so I had to buy the matching dresser Teppermans delivered when they said, the delivery people put down are rugs not to scratch our floors. They did a great job unpacking the dresser

Experience at the store was great and the delivery service was excellent. Quick, smooth, no issues and took old set out. Nothing negative to report. All great. Thank you, Teppermans. Always a positive experience.

Bed less than a year old broke twice.Waited forever for resolution,in mean time hired a carpenter / cabinet maker to repair since was without bed.My repair will last but cost me 120 dollars out of pocket.Niw you have the crappy part which will only break again.I took care of it myself costing me 120 dollars .Not happy

We are very pleased with our purchase. We had it delivered to us and they were professional quick and showed up when we were told. Great experience and we will certainly check in again when we wish to purchase more furniture

Our salesman, Rick, was awesome. This is the 2nd time we've bought at the store and Rick was our salesman both times. He truly made us feel like our interests we most important. The delivery crew were terrific - not only on time, but even a bit early - they were courteous, professional and efficient.

Overall, we were incredibly disappointed with the service at Tepperman's. The salesperson on the floor was very friendly. However, we were a very easy sale as we had already completed all of our own research and knew exactly which fridge we were coming into purchase. We chose Tepperman's over the competition as the way their delivery service and financing was explained to us, it seemed the best option. Unfortunately, it was not explained well enough. It was only when my wife was about to sign for 0% financing that she noticed there was a $100 fee - this was never explained. We were also never told that the removal of our old fridge would require us to remove the fridge doors ourselves. So, on the day of delivery, instead of the old fridge being removed, it was left in the centre of our kitchen. While the delivery guys had the tools to remove the doors (they had just put the doors on the new fridge), they refused to remove the doors or assist my wife in doing so. Given that we spent $2000.00 within 10 minutes of being in the store, I expect better service and will not be returning to Tepperman's

My husband and I purchased a brand new Samsung Washer and dryer Aug 2018, we had fantastic customer service from Sherri in appliances, but when the washing machine broke down in Nov 2018, only three months after purchase date. We called for service and the company whom takes care of this showed up, after taking a day off, assuming it was going to be fixed on this date, we were told it would not be scheduled for repair for 6 weeks, 3 days after Christmas to e exact. So I took a day off to have someone come to my home to tell me repair would take 6 weeks. After this was told to us we called Teppermans to find out who may be able to help us this HUGE inconvenience. Here we are paying for an $850, machine also taking our clothes to a laundramat, paying gas to get there paying for the machines , now THIS is a HUGE inconvenience. We were told by Meagan that this was NOT their problem, we were speaking to the wrong person the LEAST she could have done was give us a number and redirect to whom could help us. I will NEVER purchase another appliance again from teppermans. This was a horrible experience and left a very DIRTY taste in our mouths.

Constantly had incorrect phone number as this delivery was going to my daughters and they called me 3 times before the delivery phone number for this order was corrected
