There were some issues with the delivery - two pieces of the furniture were damaged during the installation and i was not made aware of it - I found it after the fact by further looking it over I can be reached at 313-433-1452 - please call during the day around 9 or 10

just purchased a ge stove, our salesman jp was the same person we spoke with when we bought a dishwasher. he knew our needs, helped with questions, and in 15mins we were done. delivery was early, took care and moved our old stove outside. very professional and friendly. excellent experience with teppermans thus far, will return when its time for the fridge.

For my last 2 purchases I would have given a much higher rating but this last purchase has been a terrible experience. I bought a bench seat that had to be ordered in from London and when it arrived the legs were all marked up and there was a cut on one of the arms. I had to take photos and send them to customer service andI was offered $30 off which didn't seem enough to me to keep a piece of furniture that was already damaged. Since I'm on my own and the seat and box was big and heavy I called to see if I could keep the seat portion that was fine and exchange the arms and legs but was told I had to exchange the whole thing. Another one was ordered from London and I exchanged the one I had. I had asked them to have this one checked before I picked it up which clearly wasn't done. Although not as bad as the 1st one, this one also had marks on the legs and actually looked like someone may have went over some of it with black marker. I don't know if that was the case or if it was the colour of the wood in that area for some reason. Again I called and saw online that the seat was on sale but was not offered any discount this time. This time I was told I could bring just the arm/leg pieces and exchange them. I brought back the arms/legs to exchange and had asked them to check the new set over again (which again didn't seem to be done). The man that brought them out to my car checked them over with me in the freezing cold. There are still marks on the legs but no cuts and the marks are much less than the 1st 2 sets. If I didn't really like the piece so much I would have returned it after the 1st exchange and just not paid for it but because I really like it I pushed through in hopes that I would finally have a piece that was in decent shape. The people on the phone were helpful and tried to do what they can to make things right but it seems what they promised wasn't consistent each time or others didn't follow through with it. It's been a very disappointing and time consuming experience.

Excellent customer service. All the employees are very attentive and strive too give the best customer experience. The establishment frequently has great saving deals so it hard too past up the bargains. Overall it is a great place too shop.

Lady was very friendly and helpfull. Tempermans is my favourite furniture/appliances store. They give people a chance to get their favourite furniture no mather your credit. No other store does that.

From the sales person to the top notch delivery service, when things didn't o according to plan. We even had our back order item delivered with our purchase! The delivery personnel were very patient and certainly went above and beyond all expectations.

I bought a gas range and matching hood before New Year thinking I have enough time for my Birthday tomorrow. Tepperman's de;ivery guys deliver the 2 units on January 18 and I was happy about the date. Delivery guys ask me if they can open the box of the range because it is so bulky and might not fit my main door. I said okay. I didn't know exactly what happened outside as I was not there. i heard arguments between the delivery guy and my across the street neighbor. I went out and calm them down and the delivery persons brought in my range with a big dent on the right side corner. They told me it was a concealed damage and asked me to sign the paper. after they've gone my neighbor came over to my house and told me why the unit was damage. I was not happy and called the customer service rt away. The person said they haven't receive the report. 3 days later no call for me so I went to the store personally and said I don't want the product anymore but the person I was talking to was very accommodating so I agreed to have it changed with a new one and picked up the damaged one. But even then It was late for my birthday and it was not hooked up and still sitting in my living room till next week when the gas guy could come to Windsor on the appointment date.

I knew what I was after and the salesman was right to help me. I find that people at Teppermans are always cheerful and helpful.
