We had no issues at all with Tepperman's Store. The store kept our appliances for two extra months as we undergoing renovations to our home. The delivery service was on time and had not issues at all with the delivery people. Unfortunately there was a dent on the stove, a picture was sent to customer service and within 1 hour there was a phone call from Tepperman's regarding the damage and a new stove was ordered. All in all, happy so far.

Everything was good until delivery in Chatham, Jan 23/19. It was raining and I mentioned to the delivery person that I hoped the furniture was covered so it wouldn't get wet. He said, "What do you want, man? It's raining!" He was very rough with the sliding patio door that he tried to bring the furniture through. The service was bad enough that I would be reluctant to deal with Teppermans again.

Delivery could not take place due to some patches of ice that were found. So, when my husband received a phone call with a delivery date, the woman on the other end, hung up rudely without verbally ending the call. Also, we did not receive any of the décor pillows that came with the couch and had to be ordered again. I had to go out and buy some pillows, as we were told it would be about another 6 weeks before we get them.

Very unhappy with the service overall! Ordered a Decor- Rest custom couch, when it was delivered the order was wrong. Reordered the new piece and that was wrong then finally on the 3rd attempt the right piece was delivered 4 months after the order was made.Do not like the way they have no idea where the delivery team is and unable to deliver witihin the 4 hour window.

The moment I walked in to the store to the delivery and setup in my home was totally polite, fast, professional. I'll keep coming back for sure.

other than the mexican looking delivery man acting like a drama queen about getting the sofa in the house which there were no issues for it fitting, all was good. i knew by looking at the sofa and the size of the door and knew it would fit, i have moved much furniture over the years to know. he either didn't want to do it for one reason or another or had issues with being in the house with 2 gay men inside, not sure, but i am please with the product and service at the store level.

Sears went out of business so when my range broke I had to find a new place to shop for appliances. Tepperman's in our area so I decided to try out the store. The salesman acknowledged me immediately and stated he would help me as soon as he was finished with his present customer, as he was alone that day. He was very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy! You could tell he loved his job and where he worked. The lady, Kaitlyn in the customer service are was friendly and very thorough! The delivery service at Tepperman's is high tech and very efficient. I actually received a phone call when the delivery truck was running late. You can actually follow your truck on line and see what stop you are and what stop the truck is at. I loved my experience at Tepperman's from start to end.

Bernie is an amazing salesman. We have made 2 big purchases in 1 year. He knows his product and helped so much deciding what would look great in our home. We brought pictures. He searched the store for the perfect lamps to finish off our new livingroom furniture purchases. Calls to make sure everything is perfect and when item was in stock for delivery. Thanks again Bernie

I am hoping this unfortunate incident was isolated as I have dealt with Tepperman's before and never has it been like this. The dryer that was delivered yesterday appears to have a grinding like sound when turned on. I called today to have it sent back and was told I could call the "MANUFACTURER". How about NO....it can be picked up and replaced since it wasn't even used for 1min....I will not call the manufacturer about it....it is making a grinding noise.....all I can assume is a) the delivery guys dropped it while taking it out of the truck and broke something loose or b) it is defective right from the start. Either way it needs to be replaced. On that note......I am getting it replaced but I have to "wait almost 3 weeks" to get it replaced. I am sooo not happy......how is it a retail giant like Tepperman's can't get a dryer in stock for 3 weeks? Sorry but I call bullsH*t.

I had an amazing time picking out furniture for my first home. My only issue is that the saleswoman promised they would attempt to cover a scratch as I purchased the floor model but this was not done

I went in during a flyer sale event anfmd purchased a 6 pc bedroom set. When delivered found the night table was missing. To make a long story short, I spend 30 min on the phone with the manager ilof the London store, trying to convince me that I'm wrong and that the sale was over. After checking with her salesman she refunded me the difference but I still didn't get the night table. Funny thing is the sale was still on for 4 days after I made the purchase. They need to pay more attention to their flyers.

Nadine Sylva. That is my review. We met Nadine at the London store, and instantly had a connection. Nadine is thorough, honest, transparent (especially about warranties and protection insurance) and all in all a great salesperson. I generally bristle when approached by people I know are making a commission, as my needs never seem to be top of mind. With Nadine, its the total opposite. We both know she is making a commission, but she ONLY makes the experience about the customer. We have seen Nadine twice in 6 months, and I have referred her to several of my friends and family. As long as Nadine is at that store, she will be the only one I will work with. As for the product, we are always happy with what we select at Teppermans. Great credit department, lovely showroom, (third party) friendly courteous delivery people, popcorn - hello!
