Reason for 4 instead of 5 - when they were walking through the house left a lot of puddles from snow instead of kicking it iff.
They delivered the wrong product. I waited for the delivery..The driver advised someone from customer service would call me within the hour to resolve the probem. 4 hrs later, I had to call the store. What kind of service is this ??? I think I should be credited for my time. I will think twice before I do an on line purchase again!!!
I have dealt with Teppermans for many years and the only place I go to for furniture and appliances. The service is exceptional !
Like I said earlier I was very disappointed when washer and dryer showed up when told all hose came with both and dryer was not hooked up and hose I needed to go get one
The sales gal Rhonda was fabulous. Very helpful, informed and pleasant. The delivery guys were on time and courteous.

Kept us up to date with phone calls and texts regarding delivery of our new fridge. Guys who delivered were great no issues at all. Definitely be dealing with Teppermans again!
Our salesperson Mike Noble was excellent, helpful, knowledgeable about products, he worked really hard for us. Our bedroom furniture is absolutely beautiful and we love it and the price was really good, as we did compare. Our whole experience was very positive and we are repeat customers and will definitely continue to shop at Teppermans!
Great delivery service and great product very happy with what I ordered
I have never had anyone deliver to my apartment that was as rude and belligerent as the driver. His language was offensive (f—k). I was so angry that I almost said take this delivery back. The other two guys never said a word until the driver went to his truck and the other man tried to apologize for his bad behaviour.

Great company, great staff and reasonable prices
I made arrangements on the telephone to exchange my kitchen table which was defective and I arrive at the store I want to bargain an ax and they could not find any information about it it took about an hour for the situation to get results and then when I got to the teller to process the transaction she couldn't find anything about it and had to wait another 15 minutes before she figured it out your record-keeping system is not very good it turned out I have two accounts that shouldn't have took an hour to figure out
We love this store and Natalie has been over the top with help even when we call in. The furniture is wonderful that we had delivered and we got a sweet deal on the tax savings!! We will be returning real soon!!

I have had some concerns with the company , particularly with ECOM but when dealing with the Sales Person in store everything was handled perfectly.
had an issue with a wall unit tower. it took awhile but finally had it exchanged and they delivered as a courtesy. ty
Teppermans Windsor! Horrible customer service! Will not deal with teppermans again! Horrible manager (Angela) not willing to help paying customers . The team sitting at the credit desk while we were in line (no one else was there) on their cell phones. It was like we were interrupting them. Spoke with Angela who did not help us with our issue. Purchased a couch over 3 months ago..were only supposed to wait 8 weeks. Then delivery well that was a joke! They got their money but we don’t have the furniture we paid in full for. I understand bad weather and health and safety. No information was given to us about mud etc. If they would have knocked on the door..they would have got direction on what to do. No respect for paying customers that have waited long enough for a couch. When is delivery going to be summer of 2019! Ridiculous!!
