Everything purchased one ur ago. Sting popped of sofa broken box spring broken bed frame on different bed. I’m clean and take care of everything. Over a moth to fix and only came to fix one thing now had to make another appointment 3 weeks out to fix the others. Never go to teppermans again
The guys were great and on time. No complaints there. My only suggestion is to get the guys the little slip on boots. It was a little messy outside and they dont take off their boots so they dragged the mess all over my carpet. I just spent over $2000 on furntiure to have salt and stuff dragged through 2 rooms of my house.
Bobby the sales representative was great! Had everything ready for me after calling him twice about the product. Five star sales representative Delivery drivers were great and would recommend Teppermans sales staff , delivery personnel and financial representatives to anybody I know. Great job and keep up the great work!!!!
If I could give zero Stars I would. But there's no option to allow for zero Stars. did not get my order right and delivery right for the third time this year. And customer service was awful blaming the customer.

50/50 on service. Delivery men were great! However, I felt I received run around from store. I ordered range and dishwasher online. Received a call that range had arrived. Asked if we could wait until dishwasher in as well. No problem. 2 weeks later, received call that dishwasher was in. At that point it seemed to become chaos to find range. It hadnt arrived, it was damaged, I had to reorder (even though it had been paid for at time of order). 6 calls later, finally got firm and requested they find a replacement that was comparable. My feeling....they either sold my stove or warehouse damaged it, either way, I shouldn't have had to fight for a range I already paid for. And I feel kind of cheated, I got an extremely good savings on original purchase (approx $600), the comparable savings not as great (approx $300). Has certainly diminished our opinion of Teppermans after 40 years loyalty between my husband (Ottawa st location) and myself.
Our table was defective and with no questions asked, was replaced happily. The table was delivered and set up with no problems by kind delivery men and the old taken away in no longer than 1/2 hour. That is great service!

In store service was great, making arrangements for delivery went well. Care in removing and bringing in 4 new appliances was excellent and well thought through by the team. My only disappointment was that 2 appliances were put into location with packaging removed, the other 2 were left in their boxes for me to deal with.

It is always so easy to shop with Tepperman's. Tammy, our salesperson, has helped us make several purchases over the last couple of years and she really knows her inventory. We first purchased two couches and then quickly realized that although they technically fit, they were taking up too much room. A quick call to Tammy and we had a love seat (to replace one of the couches) installed within a week. No extra shipping/delivery fee. Since the initial purchase, I have seen the items we purchased several times in advertisements for other stores and I have comparison shopped online. Not only are the Tepperman's prices lower but of course we have the 0% interest option as well. We have been shopping at Tepperman's since we moved to the area 12 years ago and rarely look elsewhere (except when they don't carry what we need). It doesn't get better than Tepperman's. EDIT: My original review was five-stars. At the time everything had gone so well. I had purchased two sofas, realized that the one was too large and exchanged it for a loveseat Things seemed to be working well. I had good customer service, everything seems to be easy and exactly as I wanted it. Several days later I received a call from Tepperman’s credit department. I have an outstanding balance on my account. This surprised me because I have a direct withdrawal for all of my payments. Apparently, when I made the exchange I misheard the price of the loveseat I was getting in exchange for the sofa. It was not the same price as the competitor, it was about $40 more. Also, for reasons which could not be explained by the credit department person, the price of my warranty protection went up by about $150. Given that I was switching to a less expensive loveseat I do not understand how that works. So now, in order to correct everything, I have to go back to the store (which is over an hour away) and show them the flyer (which is available online so why they can't look it up online I don't know) and to manually make payment. They have my direct withdrawal information and I would be happy to give them a credit card over the phone, why must I physically go to the store? This is a huge inconvenience because I do not have my own car. Up until now, everything had been going so well. I'm very disappointed about the way this has been handled. I'm so angry about having to go all the way back to Chatham just to pay extra for a warranty on a smaller, cheaper, item.
after waiting for 6 weeks to get a bedroom set from Leons, I got frustrated and went to Tepperman's 3 days later I received my bedroom set. The set up guys were amazing. My mirror got damaged in the process and in no time at all they replaced it. Despite the bad weather. Excellent customer service. I would recommend Teppermans to everyone
online purchase of wall unit was easy and they price matched without question - as per their policy. delivery resulted in a broken piece but the guys immediately called it in and a new piece is on its' way. product i purchased wasn't solid wood so i knew it'd be somewhat "delicate"...think the delivery guy learned a lesson.
Dear Teppermans, I am very very very disappointed in your delivery system. Our experience in your store was very good. The gentleman assured me that my mom, who is 80, would have nothing to worry about the guys delivering her new love seat. They would take care of everything. I had a car emergency and hoped the salesman was correct. HE WAS NOT!!!!!!! The delivery men left a broken loveseat at my mom's and bullied her into checking off the five boxes with no when she wanted to check them off with yes. Just because she is elderly does not mean she does not deserve better treatment than that. I was told my other sister has contacted you already but as I was there when mom bought her loveseat I felt I needed to vent as well. There is a broken piece of furniture in her living room. The new sofa was meant to help with the fact that her husband of 62 years just passed away. Now we are being told she has to wait another two weeks to have it replaced.
