Great service.

Our having the product was great. Excellent service, attentiveness, quick to answer all our questions. Issues began with our order revolving around a back log for half our order. This backlog was initially reported to be cleared before our move date. One week before we had not heard anything so we called to find out the backlog was pushed back further and our order would not be delivered before the move in day as requested. We asked for a seperate delivery on each half of the order and was told we would have to pay an additional delivery fee for this. It took several hours and several different people before it was resolved. On delivery day our order arrived 4 hours past the end point of the 3 hour delivery window we were given. Needless to say we will be very hard pressed to deal with teppermans again.

Staff for online orders were not helpful, in fact they were always quite rude. Have always shopped at Teppermans but now will not go back.

Very impressed with deliverymen. Removal of old washer was definitely a challenging task. Two very good employees!

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable about the fridge I was purchasing. The delivery people were courteous and office staff phoned when the delivery was going to be half an hour late. I will definitely recommend Teppermans to my family and friends

I had a great experiences at Teppermans from the time I entered the store, to the time I left the store. Angela in the Bargain Annex Department was phenomenal! She found me the best sofa recliner and assisted me to the main floor of Teppermans to speak with Char who helped me find the perfect recliner chair. Both Angela and Char were so helpful and courteous ensuring that I found what I needed. I was extremely impressed with my experience at Teppermans and plan to return in the future for any future purchases that I might need. Also the delivery guys were great as well. They were professional and helped assemble my furniture and were very helpful.

After purchase, Tepperman's held our 5 appliances for us for a significant period of time, because our renovations took way longer than we thought they would. They were extremely patient and understanding, and we really appreciated it. Delivery was great, and we are very pleased with our purchases.

Sales person misquoted our delivery time line on multiple occasions. Did not return phone calls at all until I requested to speak with a manager who then followed up with him. We are aware delivery can become delayed and back logged- but our sales person never explained that process, simply saying it “just isn’t in”...well then don’t quote us a specific date that he said he would “phone to follow up with”, he only picked up the phone to call me back after I waited 4 weeks (we were quoted TWO).. offered ridiculous solutions like us taking someone else’s sofa order and then receiving the matching love seat at another date, therefore also interrupting someone else’s service as well. Upon delivery piping is coming out of our love seat, never properly stitched- waiting on that resolution as well. All in all, this will be our final ever purchase from Teppermans.

Customer service great . Store nice with nice products so we bought . But they delivered a ripped filthy couch and now I have to wait 5 days with ripped couch in my way till replacement comes. Not impressed with that !

I have purchased a few things from jake both when he was on the main floor and now In the bargain annex. He always knows what I’m looking for and he respects that I’m a busy person and so he’s both fast and thorough. I shopped around for this piece of furniture but the customer service there with jake is second to none!

My only issue is the dryer. I had to run out and get parts for the vent. Other than that all is well.
