At every interaction my best interests were taken into consideration and respected. It was my first purchase from this company and I would not hesitate to return based on their Customer Service Policies.

Well I purchased a sectional a mattress and an adjustable bed base. not so happy because we didn’t get our adjustable bed base when promised so we have a loaner of the cheaper model the mattress we ordered came in defected I was told I have to come back to the store to re-choose because the mattress we ordered is discontinued . I was told it was a top-of-the-line mattress and they just came out with it and all of a sudden it’s discontinued not so happy . I spent close to $10,000 so my experience was unsatisfactory .

3rd frig and stove and now the frig doesn't even work. We have been dealing with these issues for 2 months. All our food got spoiled. We are just about ready to send back everything we purchased and get a full refund. This is Unacceptable.

I had a great customer experience with Temperman’s. They took the time to help me find an appliance that fit my needs and my budget. They even went above and beyond and found time last minute to deliver it within 2 days. This is my second time buying from them and would highly recommend them.

My furniture was delivered, but I had asked the delivery guys if they could remove my old couch and put it to the roadside. (I was having a new couch delivered). There was hesitancy to do it, but they agreed. After they had finished my delivery and left, I looked outside and they had not put the couch at the roadside. They left it midway down my driveway. I therefore had to pull this extremely heavy couch to the roadside myself. I have damage to the discs in my back, so this was not good for me. I had tipped the THREE delivery men to do this job and it was not completed as requested.

Excellent service

I have one of the badiest experience of my life to buy a dining table. One I open it was broken I called and they exchanged with new one after 2 weeks. I opened the other one and it was broken as well. Again called and after 15 days I have been told we don’t have the product. The problem was the customer service every time I have to chase them for my solution.. very very bad experience so not recommended

Annette the sales personnel was awesome, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had! This is why this part is a 5 star. The delivery was a nightmare!!! They brought the cushions inside my building and put them down on the dirty floor to go back to the truck to get the sofa, next they rammed the sofa inside the elevator by pushing it on the floor on top of their blanket and arguing with each other, the sofa was creeping the whole time and they lifted the flooring in the elevator. They arrive on the 10th floor, put the cushions on the dirty hallway carpet, they slide the sofa down the carper on top of their blanket to my door. These two should not be in this field at all and represent Teppermans delivery, I reported this to Annette and checked over sofa, it seems ok other then I could not get the bed out, found wires ties I had to remove and had to adjust one of the foot pegs, your delivery guys did nothing and I was charged 75 dollars for this??? At this time I had company who saw this and was in as much shock as I was and commented on Teppermans delivery, I did say I have purchased a lot at this store and had many deliveries, this was not the norm. I love our Teppermans store and have always had good service, I love the sofa bed!
