The delivery guys where fabulous.

Very bad experience! Took weeks longer than expected when I ordered my bedroom furniture & then the delivery process was a nightmare! Dresser had been cancelled as the salesman forgot to include it with my delivery pieces & I was told by Amanda in customer service I’d be the first delivery the following day, I took time off work to wait for it only to find out I was the last delivery that day

Staff are great at Tepperman's Kitchener. They go out of their way to ensure you get what you are looking for.

I honestly didn’t like the couches

We had a very nice salesperson assist us. I believe his name was Derek. He not only helped with the sale and making sure we chose the product that was right for us, he set us up with a person that could assemble it for us. It was a TV stand/fireplace and quite a bit of work to put together. Shopping at Teppermans was, again, a wonderful experience!

Everyone I talked to at store were lovely ,the delivery men were very nice ,I will shop at your store and recament it to Family and Friends I liked the sales people did not hover over you ,when you needed them they were there .Thank you All Maggie

I love temppemans for their service if something wrong or disappointed you can pick something different I have only had a few bad things happen like pick up stuff got ripped but they made it right I recommend temppermans

Our new mattress is a great product. However, I am disappointed I couldn't return the mattress protector. It makes sleeping uncomfortable because of the terrycloth on the top layer. First time being a dissatisfied customer and I expected better after 32 years.

a joke -dishwasher on back order for something we ordered two months ago ! Plumber there to install and NO product -no mention of back order -EVER-will never buy from Teppermans again

The guys who was scheduled to pick up was on time and was professional. Crystal from teppermans credit department was wonderful help and so nice to work with. She answered all my questions and was very professional.
