Good quality furniture without breaking the bank.

The timing was very accurate and love being able to track the truck. I didn’t have to take time off work. The guys were nice.

Waited 4 months for 5 appliances still dont have our stove. Then it comes in 1 day after the rest are delivered to house. They tell me I have to wait another month to get stove delivered. Asked to have old appliances taken away. They missed adding to work order. Have to store until they deliver stove

I have got many things from them but this time I am not happy about the customer service I got and the lack of communication to me about my order of furniture and the quality of the furniture I got was not very good

Purchased and picked up an electric dryer. Got it home and it was damaged. Called customer care and was told that I needed to take pictures and document the damage and they will get to my case as soon as possible. When I asked them to send someone out to pick it up and bring me a new one I was told that it wasn't possible and that I needed to bring it back myself. Completely inconvenient as I live 20 minutes away and would need to get help to get it back into my truck. Exchanged for a new one that was not dented. I am disappointed that I had to return it myself. With the amount of teppermans trucks driving around town I dont see why they couldn't have brought me a new dryer. I will not be shopping there any time soon.

We found a good competitive price on the washer we were looking at for our kids with their new baby. Product was long time coming but not their fault. It was the manufacturer slow in shipping. They did offer us a different washer if we wanted but we were particular on the make and model so we waited it out. They kept us up to date on delivery and their delivery guys were quick courteous and quiet since the grandson was sleeping. Not the first time we have bought from Teppermans and wont be the last time either.

Super helpful..everyone was so nice and was willing to hear what i had to say and what my needs where..no pushy upsales ...from front desk tosales to loading dock ..pure professional..you got to go and shop there.

During the early evening of March 22, I visited the London store. No sales person acknowledged me so I browsed by my self for about 45 minutes, looking for a light coloured sofa. I do like browsing by myself. When I made my selection, I was going to find a sales person but Natalie, who had just finished helping another customer, were crossing paths and she asked if she could help me. Within minutes, a sales contract was signed. During time at the store, there were several salespersons but they seemed preoccupied with visiting with each other. Natalie was friendly, efficient and very helpful. The delivery men were friendly, accommodating and efficient. Upon discovering that the sofa’s fabric colouring was not suitable, I returned to the store. Natalie, the customer service rep at the store and Anna Q at headquarters were understanding and assured me that I could exchange to another sofa. During my third time visiting the store, Natalie again was superb in helping me select the right sofa. Tomorrow the delivery will be made to exchange the sofas.

Terppperman's is a great store, but if you are looking for quality that lasts a long time this shouldn't be your first place to look. The sales people are a little pushy and when the installation people come in I find they don't give your home much care/don't set up what they are bringing properly. All in all I would and will shop there again.

Great service in-store. I was able to come back and change my selection with no issues. Delivery was prompt and professional.

Sales people are dishonest. Told we would be able to exchange mattress if too firm. On day of delivery called because it was hard as plywood. Not answering, left message. One week later I get call back... oh we have a NO RETURN/EXCHANGE on mattresses!! Salesperson denies our conversation. Same thing happened to my sister as she too went through this type same week... different salesperson! We are buying another mattress at competitors..all who have a comfort guarantee... without lies to gain sales!! Buyer beware...with Teppermans..that REALLY FITS...NEVER AGAIN SHOPPING THERE!!

I have made many purchases at Teppermans throughout the years and have always been happy with the service and products. This time however I am completely disappointed. Instore was great as usual but on the day of delivery my opinion changed greatly. On arrival of my items the delivery men were very ignorant. The mats that are usually laid out for them to walk on with their dirt shoes were never laid out...they stayed rolled in a ball off to the side in my kitchen while they walked through my home. When bringing my couch in they scraped/gouged my wood door frame all up and my metal door frame on the outside door. I have never been treated with such ignorance and complete disrespect by anyone when dealing with Teppermans until this. I would have to say that if this was my first experience with this company I would surely never deal with them again. I learned that the delivery is now outsourced and not teppermans employees. Teppermans I would strongly suggest you fix who is representing your company when delivering your items before you lose loyal customers like myself.

They were great from the start. They allowed us time to look without being over our clshoulder once we looked around they came back to us answered our question. Very pleased with the sales people. The delivery was equally as smooth. They sent an email letting us know when they would deliver and they were bang on.
