The salesman was very courteous and informative with my wife and I when we purchased our mattress. Took the time to explain all the possibilities and different types that were available to us and did not push us at all at a certain type that would be expensive. He recommended what would be best for US not him.
Our sales experience was great. Eli was a great salesman, didn't overload us with info, but made sure we knew exactly what we were getting. We had our couch and chair delivered pretty quickly, and the delivery guys were polite. We realized we were given the wrong couch (should have been power recliner), the delivery guys wrote it on our invoice that it was wrong. We're still waiting on the right couch (since March 22). I called twice the first week to find out what was going on. Everything was wait and see. After 8 days I got a call saying our replacement couch has been ordered. 9 days after that, we haven't heard anything. Not sure why I paid extra for a couch I haven't even gotten.

Not the best quality for the price. I paid extra to get an assembled product, but the delivery people did not know how to set it up properly. The glass on the front of the fireplace is not on properly. The trim on the wood is not completely to the edge on each side, so looks cheap.
Delivery of washer, dryer, dining room set and couch was fine. 2 days after delivery of dining set, seat cushion has lifted, screws have fallen out. Called store was told had to email photos to start process and that a technician would not be able to attend until May. Called back to speak with manager, manager stated they would call me back within an hour or two as they would attempt to expedite technician attending residence. Manager NEVER called me back,. Not happy, I could have driven the chair to the store in 15 minutes to have it exchanged or repaired.

I have gotten to know some of the staff at Tepperman's over the past 15 years or so. I typically deal with the same staff any time I shop there. They have always gone out of their way to take good care of me. I love their new online delivery system where you can see where you are in the queue of deliveries and you can in real time see where their truck is via GPs. The delivery guys did a great job of carrying in my new sectional and assembling it.
I was dealt with the absolute worst customer service. I had to get a couch that was special ordered back in November and waited 2-3 months and went to go pick it up and it wasn’t the correct couch. Had to wait around for close to an hour for them to take care of it. Then over a month later when they were going to deliver the right couch I didn’t get notified. My ex did, I called in teppermans to get take her off the calling list. Then the next day they call her again instead of me. Just horrible service overall. On top of that the payments I was making weren’t going through, which took a while to get it straightened out. I end up paying it all off. Then other problems happened. When I go to get a refund, I was told I didn’t pay it all off and they’ll refund $200 when I payed over $800. Then the manager had to come and find the problem. End up finally getting my my full refund. This whole ordeal makes me never want to go back to them.
The whole experience was fantastic.When we entered the store you did not feel pressured by sales people compared to other stores. Connie at the store was knowledgeable and went over and beyond to help us get the furniture I needed! I loved the financing that was available. The delivery was running a little late but the delivery guys were helpful and efficient. I highly recommend this store!

The delivery team, installed my dryer base incorrectly. Ie brackets not installed correctly and now have to wait 5 days to have them return and correct the install.
