If I could give you zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We will never step foot in your store again let alone purchase anything from you. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Fantastic customer service.
Delivery was timely. Set up the loveseat exactly where I wanted & reminded me to check over the piece for any issues. All this this with a smile.
The installers arrived at the earliest possible time allotted for my appointment. They were extremely professional and courteous about not scratching or making any extra holes in the wall for mounting. They even helped relocate the old TV for me. Much appreciated. I will certainly recommend TEPPERMAN'S to friends and family as they are the most courteous service personnel from a department store I have ever had to interact with. Much appreciated. Thank you.

Excellent service, no hassle and quick delivery. Very pleased with my experience
Mattress return policy is non-existent..... totally embarrassing as a reputable furniture retailer. All other companies (Brick, Leon's, Sleep Country) offer an in home trial of 60-90 days, but with Tepperman's you can be stuck with a $4000 purchase that doesn't provide the comfort you expect.

My fridge hasn't worked since they dropped it off and they refuse to replace it with a working one.

Friendly, helpful staff that really are knowledgeable about the products. Financing was a breeze in store. And my kids loved the kid center while we shopped for washers

Product Took Longer than promised to be delivered. Was told 1.5-2 weeks and it was 3.5. Salesman was great and relatable

Sofa bed arrived after waiting 6 weeks for delivery with a grease spot on back of sofa bed. Also, couldn't open up sofa bed at time of arrival. Delivery guys called service people and had someone come on the following business day to correct both situations.j
