Really valuable course. I was a little sceptical, because I had never used Target Training Associates before - but that soon went! I thoroughly enjoyed the course and learned so much. Skills that I put into practise the very next day! I could have stayed longer - I just wanted to learn more.

Learnt so much over this two-day course. It was fast-paced and packed with useful tools, techniques and tips for running engaging, interactive training. Ralph really knows his stuff and made the course fun, while working the group extremely hard. Worth every penny and I can’t wait to start putting everything I’ve learnt into action on my next training programme.

Ralph is a very knowledgeable trainer, bringing lots of great energy to the class. His approach to training is based on 30 years of experience and he definitely knows his subject area well. I highly recommend him to anyone who is thinking of becoming a trainer.

I'm an experienced L&D Professional with 5 years+ training experience but being human, naturally we pick up bad habits and short cut certain things. So I wanted to go back to the start and remind myself of the foundations of great training. I was unsure at first about which external training provider to select due to their offerings and what they deliver being so similar. I selected Target Training Associates and really glad I did. How they delivered their content, the delegate experience and what I learnt, then came away with was all outstanding. There were 4 of us in the group; all like-minded individuals from different companies, at different stages in our trainer careers but all wanting to learn and improve; so we had plenty of time to ask questions when we were unsure, lots of practice time and it felt good to be put under an appropriate amount of pressure to test ourselves and refine what we were doing. Scott (the facilitator) was very knowledgeable, friendly and equally focused so we all achieved the objectives. I would definitely recommend Scott & Target Training Associates if you are considering using an external training provider to develop your skills & knowledge.

Excellent training! As well as being a highly skilled trainer Ralph is so warm and welcoming and instantly put me at ease. Although we covered a huge amount in two days the course was fun and relaxed and I learned such a lot, and gained loads of confidence in my own abilities. An excellent training day. Well planned out and thought provoking about how to train differently and effectively. Scott was fantastic. I would highly recommend this course regardless of which level you are at.

I did the Train the trainer two day course. I wasn't really expecting the two days to be quite as full on (and with homework) as they were! There really was a lot of content in the two days, but balanced with ample opportunity for open discussion with the trainer, Scott, who was excellent, and practical based exercises. I really felt I got a lot out of the sessions that I can apply practically to my day to day work and also help me focus on the areas I need to improve.I would definitely recommend this course to anyone new to training or wants to improve their training practices.

From the perspective of someone with no experience delivering training, it blows your mind. The knowledge & experience which Ralph is able to relay will definitely help me in future.

I completed the 2 day PTT train the trainer course recently led by Scott, and i can't stress enough how encouraging and helpful he was at making sure myself and the others completed and passed the course. It was definitely challenging at times and alot of hardwork but overall very worthwhile and i would totally recommend it to anyone who trains or wants to train! Thanks again Scott!

Excellent training course and I would highly recommend. There is a lot of work to do across the two days however Scott was such a skilled and knowledgeable trainer he created a relaxed and supportive learning environment and peer support from my fellow attendees was also invaluable. I now have a much better understanding of what is required to create a successful and engaging training session and as a result of attending the training with Scott now also have the tools available to deliver it.

I completed my train the trainer course with Target Training in March 2019. I had the best two days learning tips and tricks when training others. I got amazing feedback from my trainer Ralph and he continues to support me so many months after my training was complete. I couldn't have asked for a better trainer he brought out the best in me and made me feel so confident when i left at the end of each training day. When i get the opportunity i will be continuing my journey with Target Training to complete the next step in being a trainer (Advanced Train the Trainer) .
