I would highly recommend the training for trainers course which I have just completed with Ralph. It has been the best training I have ever had. The support and understanding Ralph gave to my dyslexia was 2nd to none. The course itself was laid out in such a way it was so easy to understand and practice all my questions were answered. The techniques that Ralph showed us very good and made complete sense his encouragement and praise was excellent and very supportive I would encourage and recommend anyone to take this training course and even if you have disabilities Ralph does support you and make allowances big thanks to Ralph

I was luck to participate in PTT course. The course was delivered by Mr. Ralph. He was an amazing trainer. He customize his approach to make my learning process easier. His training skills was very much friendly and focus. I believe, he has the natural talent of speaking to the mind and heart of the participants. Though it was a 3 days course, I did not feel tired or boring. I enjoyed well. I experienced full professionalism and commitment to deliver quality service. The staff were amazing; friendly, professional, approachable, sharing and clearly knew their stuff. I completed the 2 day Train the Trainer course, with Ralph. It was an in depth course, had lots of information and thought provoking content throughout. Target Training The 2 sessions that I have attended so far have been really relaxed and all attendees felt comfortable to share feelings and experiences. Claire is very good at getting people to understand and get the most out of the sessions without feeling as though she is forcing them to share. I did the Bitesize Coaching Skills with Claire from Target Training Associates and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The session was extremely useful and beneficial as Claire was able to tailor the training to my situation, needs and wishes. I came away with a lot of really useful tips, example coaching questions and ideas of how to continue learning and developing.

Ralph is a very good trainer and puts all candidates at ease, due to Covid 19 my course was done online and surprisingly worked very well on the Zoom platform he used.
