Our course was conducted using Zoom by Scott. The experience was not at all stressful, very professional. We will definitely be using this company again.

Fantastic trainers.very professional from start to finish
A very inspiring and enjoyable session, which has helped me develop my own style in delivering training. Ralph showed us several examples of questioning technique and how to ensure your delegates have a positive learning opportunity. Due to Covid 19, this was a virtual session, so it has given me the confidence to manage this type of presenting.

After looking for a suitable course for months, I was recommended Target Training and made contact with Ralph. Ralph identified a course and our trainer was booked on for 27th March...then Covid happened! With Ralph's help, we arranged an online course and our trainer is now suitably qualified.
Ralph and Claire delivered a great session, a lot of fun and very interactive. The only reason i haven't gone to a 5th star is that some of the content could have been tailored a little closer to our very specific training requirement.
I would fully endorse Target Training as an excellent provider of training to all, both experienced who want to refresh or improve their existing skills and the beginner who wants to know how to gain the confidence and skills to be able to become an effective trainer within their organisation. The trainer was excellent with both delivery of course content and their ability to empathise with and encourage the individual to overcome any barriers they may have in public speaking.
I had never done an online course like this before and didn’t really know what to expect, I was warmly welcomed by Claire and a experienced a smooth entry into the group. Over the 4 weeks of the course, I was made to feel valued and able to be completely honest. Claire was a fantastic host and facilitator, always including everyone and giving useful and relevant advice. The content was excellent and her knowledge in this area is outstanding. I would highly recommend the course to a friend.
I have attended 2 group courses on zoom led by Claire, right from the off she was approachable, kind, caring and an amazing listener. She tailored the sessions around our groups needs and we have all benefitted from having met Claire. We all had our chance to speak and be heard.
Train the trainer course was flawless. Best training I have ever experienced as it had grate opportunity to be engaged in conversation with the audience at all times. Grate and very useful examples and advices given. It had changed the way of dealing with staff from the very next day.
This was an excellent course. Really intense but I learned so much over the two days. I would recommend this to anyone trying to either become a trainer or even to improve their trainer skills. Well delivered, excellent knowledge and skills and included all the participants over the two days.

I spent two days online virtual training on PTT Train the Trainer with Target Training Associates led by the wonderfully charismatic Ralph Moody. Many words spring to mind to describe this but let me try to capture the essence - enjoyable, uplifting, insightful, informative and totally transformative. Ralph sets standards high and delivers as the incredibly upbeat, switched on and consummate professional he truly is. He has over three decades of professional training experience expertise and it really shows. I cannot recommend time spent with Ralph and Target Training Associates highly enough, it is simply superb!
The course was enjoyable as well as informative and whilst I originally had doubts about doing the course over zoom it actually worked very well. It provided me with new skills that I will be able to use alongside my existing ones. The tutor had the right balance when delivering the course to keep the attention of the delegates. I would certainly recommend this course to others.
I have just completed the 2 day Train the Trainer course, which was full of useful information on how to be a good trainer. The course was clear and structured as well as relaxed and fun, I found it very challenging in places, it really made me think about how good training is delivered. Looking forward to developing my new found skills and confidence.
Excellent training session especially as it was all done remotely. Ralph is very clear and concise in his approach and although it felt quite intense he always made me feel that I could I could complete successfully. It was also a great pleasure to find that the joint sessions with people from a completely different work background were a pleasure, mainly due to the relaxed atmosphere created by Ralph. Intense but ultimately enjoyable.
Completed the PTT Train the Trainer course last week and have come away feeling so much more confident and excited about going forward and using the new techniques Ralph has taught me - I know that this course will make the training I give so much better in the future, really really helpful, thanks Ralph!
