Ralph is an amazing trainer, so much knowledge and experience to pass on to anyone who wants to become a trainer regardless of level or experience you may have. I attended the two day train the trainer course and the information I was given on the first day was intense, he identified I was nervous and underconfident and worked with me.This all came together on the second day and the growth and confidence I seen within myself was outstanding. Highly recommended this course and Target Training to anyone willing to learn.

My experience with Target Training has been absolutely outstanding! It has genuinely changed my life and made me really excited for a future in training. I was lucky enough to be the only delegate for the dates I booked, and this meant I really got amazing value for money, although I don't doubt that the course would have been just as valuable in a group setting! I had the pleasure of working with Ralph, Scott and Claire, and all 3 trainers really encouraged me and gave me really useful feedback so that I clearly understood what I was doing well and what I could develop. The training itself was engaging, informative and inspiring, and it is genuinely the best training I have ever received. I have gone from being a total training novice to confidently delivering an effective training session equipped with all the tools I need. All 3 trainers were a pleasure to work with, but Ralph is genuinely one of the most lovely people I have ever met and he put me at ease and encouraged me from the start. I would definitely recommend Target Training and I hope to work with them again in the future!

I undertook the one day Train the Trainer Essentials Course. Ralph was extremely knowledgeable and engaging. Before the course, I had some slight reservations about how thorough the course would be, being one day only, but I can honestly say I came away feeling better equipped to train. I've also asked my employer if I can attend the extended second day. The course was delivered via Zoom. I wasn't sure if this would be as engaging as an in-person course, but any fears were soon allayed. Ralph pushed us, sufficiently for us to broaden our skills, but not too much that it became daunting. It's clear that Target Training care about their candidates. I never felt that I was a mere tick in the box, and look forward to attending further courses in the future. Highly recommended.

I attended the Train the Trainer online course hosted by Target Training Associates. The organisation of the overall training session was fantastic and materials received well in advance of the actual training date. The delivery, content and focus of training material was fantastic, interactive and extremely engaging. I hope to continue to develop my training delivery skills and put the learning of the Train the Trainer course to good use.

I would recommend this course to anyone looking to improve their skills, it’s a great way to learn how to improve your skills and how to successfully help others when you are delivering training. The information provided is clear and the sessions ran are well structured. I have come away with lots of things that will help me when I deliver training sessions and all of the staff who delivered this course were fantastic and really friendly too. I will certainly be attended another course with them in the future. If you are thinking of doing this course go for it, you will learn a lot!

Excellent trainers and very helpful

I had been researching coaching courses and centers for quite some time but there was always something that just didn’t “click” with me. Target Training Associates was recommended to me and I spent time on their website, read their reviews and considered what my needs and desires were. I instinctively felt that this was the match I’d been searching for. They did not disappoint! Claire’s approach to training and coaching was both knowledgeable and informative. She was warm, energetic, and open to all of my (many) questions. The course was so well designed and organized that I immediately felt comfortable with the material and how it was presented. It was structured yet flexible. There was a very good balance between the theory and the practice, and Claire’s feedback was insightful, constructive, and valuable. Claire and Ralph provided a safe learning environment and made the course fun as well. The time flew by, and when I look at my copious notes, I see just how much we covered during our session and how helpful it was. My first journey into training was with Scott Fraser of Target Trainer. I started off a nervous and un-confident man and ended up after our 2 days training sessions a very confident and knowledgeable trainer. There are tips and techniques I learnt in the classroom that I use in my life to this day I was not prepared for how much I enjoyed and how much I took out of the sessions and I found Scott to be the most captivating and effective trainer I have ever witnessed. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Target Training as they are consummate professionals in what they do.

Even with the Covid-19 Restrictions we had a great training session with all questions and learning objectives throughly covered. We had great support and guidance when the harder points were being taught. My trainer was really well versed and had years of knowledge to pull examples from. I would tell anyone to get on one if you can as it can be used in all walks of life and even day to day. Overall I would say this team at target are great at what they do and clearly know exactly what they are teaching from the top down. Would fully recommend anyone to use them.
