I recently completed the Train the Trainer course with Target Training. I was slightly apprehensive about the course but I had no reason to be - both Ralph and Claire were absolutely brilliant! Really worthwhile course- Ralph did a great job in keeping everyone engaged and also teaching us what we needed to know. Usually a difficult thing- the Zoom meeting was run very well and went very smoothly with no issues. I recently completed the Train The Trainer Course. I was nervous about attending the course as I knew nothing about it and my company enrolled me. After working with Ralph, I quickly realised I had nothing to worry about. As a recent delegate on the 2-day Train the Trainer course, I can honestly say this was one of the best training courses I've experienced in a career peppered with training courses. The course leader was really friendly and encouraging, extremely knowledgeable and supportive. He made all the concepts appear so accessible and it was surprising how quickly the group picked them up. The learning culture created was inviting and secure so I felt comfortable in taking risks in some of the demonstrative activities. On that, the course is very practical and even the theory (which can bog down the pace of other training) was delivered in an engaging and effective way. There was always a practical outcome in which to apply the techniques being taught: the 2 days flew by. As a result of the course, I now feel much more confident in my abilities as a trainer and cannot wait to start putting everything into practice. I highly recommend Target Training.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Train the Trainer training that was provided by Scott. The two day session was interactive, informative and enjoyable. The Train the Trainer course was absolutely brilliant, our trainer Scott made us feel at ease right from the beginning of the course and allowed my peers and I to come out of our comfort zones. Fantastic Two Days Excellent, best course I have ever attended. Our trainer was passionate, engaging and really brought the best out of each and every one of us. During the course we covered a wide range of topics that have given me the tools I need to move forward and become the trainer I want to be. Areas covered included, different types of learners, questioning techniques, what makes a fantastic trainer, structuring a session and how to use visual aids. Not only has this course given me the confidence and ability to improve my training, but the way the course was structured with exercises, assessments, group discussions and feedback, also provided the opportunity for some brilliant team bonding. A true testament to what you can achieve with virtual training.

Professional Train the Trainer - 2 Day Course Review The 2 day Professional Train the Trainer course was an excellent introduction to professional training. I have delivered numerous training sessions over the last 6 years of my career however there were many tips that I picked up during this training session that I will take forwards into my training delivery. I would highly recommend this course to those new to training as well as to those that have been training for some time.

Attended a 2 day Professional Trainer Techniques course delivered by Scott. The course was well organised and run. Scott was an engaging presenter who created a fun and enjoyable learning environment. The course has lots of opportunities to interact with the content and provided plenty of opportunities to practise the techniques we were being taught so you do not have to try them for the first time when delivering training yourself. I attended the 2 day Train the Trainer course with Scott and it was such a positive experience from start to finish. He kept the course interesting and relevant throughout the 2 days and I was astounded at the progress that I had made. His feedback was constructive, positive and relevant.
