WOW! What an unbelievable couple of days. Scott was our trainer and made you feel at ease from the off. The journey over the two days was quite remarkable, this was down to Scott's knowledge and approach to get the best out of people. Everything was structured, relevant and fun. The skills I have learnt on this course will help in my daily tasks and I have already started to put these into action. I had two very good days with one other candidate doing a train the trainer course.I can only speak highly of the experience,I personally gained more than I expected from the course.The quality of teaching from Scott is excellent. My Train the Trainer session had been delayed due to covid but was well worth the wait. Claire took time to understand the current level of each candidate as well as the outcomes they wanted to achieve. Claire adapted the course to fit around the learning styles of the group to ensure we all got most out of the two days. The aims and objectives of the session were clearly communicated at the start of day 1 and these were achieved and exceeded over the 2 days. I would recommend this course to anyone who is either looking to be a trainer, new to training as well as experienced trainers. The course and the trainer are both exceptional.

I found this course to very enjoyable with a Professional tutor, with a wide and varied knowledge base, Claire passed this information on clearly and concisely and made the training fun i would highly recommend this course to anyone who is already a trainer or would like to be a trainer always new things to learn

A 1-2-1 two day course developing my coaching skills with Claire (Target Trg). In my journey from being a very experienced workplace 'trainer' to becoming a 'coach' this was an enormous step forward. I have learned so much in two days (it was intense!) both on the theory and techniques involved and via practical application. I cannot thank Claire enough; innovative, intuitive, enthusiastic and very (very!) knowledgeable; it really felt like being guided by an expert (and very personable on Zoom too - it worked well). Worth every penny to myself and the company; I shall be back for more!! Thank you.

Having completed an online Master Trainer course, ILM accredited, with Target Training Associates, I highly recommend this fantastic course whether it's taken online or in-person. I joined this course with years of post graduate teaching experience but Ralph's excellent training added a valuable and useful addition to the repertoire of skills that I can use for high impact training. The content is well- structured and the handouts are very useful. Ralph worked hard to ensure that learning was taking place and much to my surprise the online course is as good as an in-person one. Not only is Ralph a trainer par excellence but he also has an affable personality which makes the entire training an excellent learning experience. His team of highly qualified and experienced trainers, Claire and Scott, are equally very good and their expertise and contribution has further enhanced my skills. And all this in a very relaxed learning environment. Thank you for a wonderful training.

This is a world class training program. I attended the Train the Trainer training - this is the type of training that dramatically and positively improves the trajectory of your career. In fact, if it hadn't been offered by my company, I would happily have paid for it myself. The energy during the training was amazing, and the content very informative yet easy to digest. I hope to benefit from further sessions on other types of training in the future.

I cannot recommend Claire Moody enough. I was really unhappy in life and stumbled across a link to a course called Developing Courage. I decided to invest in myself because frankly I was going nowhere. Claire really listened to me, really got to understand me and how she could help me. I have gone from having no or very little purpose to feeling excited to what everyday will bring. I felt in a completely safe environment which I was able to dig deep into my thoughts and feelings without any fear of reprisal. I can't ever thank Claire enough.

A thoroughly enjoyable course through which I learnt a vast amount over two days. Claire is incredible and has so many of her own practical experiences which she can draw on but also enables her relate to your own perspective and context. Would highly recommend.

Claire is a dynamic and highly intelligent Coach who will drive you to be excellent. She listens with patience while creating a confidential environment where you can share and say all that’s on your mind. She works around the individual she’s coaching and makes sure he or she gets the best out of her sessions. There aren’t many Coaches’ like her out there and I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to grow professionally or in other areas of their life. As soon as you begin your coaching sessions with her you will quickly discover that she’s very knowledgable and experienced at what she does. She coaches you in a way whereby you enjoy the sessions while taking away a lot of practical knowledge and wisdom you can apply in your everyday life. I learnt a lot in a short space of time. To sum her coaching sessions up in one word (Excellent).

I attended this course online at the end of October. I can't believe how much I learned over only 2 days! The skills I learned will stand me in fantastic stead for my new post as training manager. I can't thank Ralph and Scott enough for making the training fun, engaging and highly effective. I whole heartedly recommend this course to anyone who is involved in training others.

I recently finished a two day 'Essential Management Skills' training course with Ralph Moody. It was an excellent course overall and was much more engaging and practical than any course I had been on previously. Ralph is a great trainer and gave us practical tools and strategies to utilise in our day to day work. I would recommend this course to anyone!

Train the Trainer with Ralph Moody was brilliant. I can’t emphasize enough how practical this course was - so refreshing from tick box training elsewhere. I highly recommend this course for those seeking to up their game when delivering training as I personally found this course useful in helping me identify best practices to improve my own work. I attended a 2 day train the trainer course and the workshop was fun, informative and I learned such a lot in the 2 days. Lifelong training skills that I will take forward and use throughout my working life. What inspired me the most was the Training Lead, a bright, engaging and extremely knowledgable lady called Claire. Claire was extremely patient and literally nothing was too much bother. I thoroughly enjoyed the 2 days. Claire inspired me that much that I have ordered one of her books from Amazon. Thank you so much Claire, you truly are a natural "light house" and a lovely person.

Did my first of 2 training courses with Target over Zoom. I must admit I was apprehensive about completing training over Zoom as I didn't feel I would get the most out of the day. Scott really focused on meeting my needs, he tailored the day to my learning style to ensure I maximised my return. He was friendly and took his time to make sure I got the most out of the two days. The course content was incredible useful, and I am excited to move onto the next course next week with Ralph. The company are easy to communicate with, they are extremely accommodating and helpful and I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for training.

I attended the Target Training, Train the Trainer Essentials 1 day course and found it very informative and useful in re-enforcing and developing my training skills. The course was delivered by Ralph virtually in a 1 to 1 full day session, the course was delivered at a comfortable place and Ralph used the techniques he was teaching me ensure my understanding of the subject matter. I would highly recommend Target Training for the Train the Trainer Training and will be using the techniques and skills learnt to improve my delivery of training going forward.

Such a great experience. Everything about the two days was informative and engaging. I have learnt so much that I can begin to implement into my own work, and I am very grateful to Scott for all the hard work he put into out group to ensure we got the most out of the experience.
