Having completed a 6 week course with Target Training Associates, I can wholeheartedly say it was the best course I completed in 2019. It was informative, thought-provoking and really did draw out the best in me. Claire Moody, the coach, was highly professional, knew her audience and managed to pitch the information delivered at exactly the right level. Superb training- every time! Have now attended Train the Trainer and Coaching and enjoyed every minute. The small groups, expertly led, provide intimate and thought provoking learning. The sessions are well paced and allow for lots exploration of various topics with excellent, useful feedback. I have come away with so many tools to take back to the workplace and feel energised to put into practice all I have learnt.

Life Changing! I attended the PTT Train the Trainer (ILM) 2 Day course delivered by Ralph and what an experience it was! Within the first five minutes Ralph made me feel comfortable and completely at ease. Having recently taken on a new job role that involves a lot of training deliver I was hugely lacking in confidence, this course has completely changed that! It has helped me grow in confidence and provided me with the knowledge and techniques to be a great trainer! Professionally led course with lots of opportunities to engage in learning. Well paced and enjoyable, no fillers...all 100% useful! Claire's attitude to learning is inspirational and she clearly has a passion for training, the entire two days had a fresh, modern, interactive approach, the time flew by! I would definitely look to do further training with Target Training Associates and would recommend to colleagues looking to up skill.

I thoroughly enjoyed my Train the Trainer course with Target. This is training as it should be, the aim is clear from the outset and the time is structured to make sure everyone achieves that aim. Groups are small, which helps when you feel out of your comfort zone (as I did)! I have no hesitation in recommending Target Training Associates and will certainly use them again in the future.

Ralph was a great trainer, I didn't think there was much more I could learn at my age about me or how to do things, but I did! He kept us engaged both days and it was a thoroughly good training.

Excellent training/coaching with a fantastic leader. Claire took us through over a 2 day period an introduction to coaching it has certainly opened my eyes and look forward to learning more and using it in the real world.
