Wow! What can I say......I am truly amazed at the sheer turn around in my confidence from completing the PTT. I was genuinely petrified of delivering training - standing in front of several people and pretending I know my stuff! I am a normally confident and outgoing person however training just put the shivers up my spine, brought me out in hives and left me stuttering all over the place! Very embarrassing and over time ruined my confidence. I established on the course that I have the skills and attributes to deliver training, I learnt some life changing techniques and tips that will shape the way I deliver training going forward. I was pushed completely out of my comfort zone by having to complete mini training presentations - I think there was around four 10 minute presentations that you had to create on the spot, then deliver (worst nightmare normally) I nearly gave up on my first one, but the trainer 'Scott' was so supportive and encouraged me to continue and that I was doing well. The final day is big presentation day......15-20 mins!!! Funnily enough though I was nowhere near as nervous as the first day, I knew my structure, content and most importantly I just had to be ME! and have a discussion with the people in the room...I can do that, I can talk for England! I finished the presentation and I actually enjoyed it! People were engaged, smiling and really enjoying my session....WOW! what an utter and complete turnaround. Thank you so much Scott and Target Training...You really have made me so much more confident in my own skin and my abilities! I have already shared with numerous colleagues the 'Throwing The Monkey' technique.......brilliant!!! I have already discussed with my manager about completing the Advanced Train The Trainer course......watch this space!

Excellent course. The trainer was happy to discuss in detail what was to be included in the course to make sure that it was tailored to the types of training the delegates would be delivering in the company. All found it very useful with relevant and applicable techniques taught, practiced and mastered, ready to be applied to the in company training.

I have worked with Target Training and their fantastic trainers for years now at our London hotels. Our company initially utilised Target Training for Trainer Qualification with a member of our team attending several sessions to help with their development within a new role within our organisation. Based on the initial success of this engagement, the scope was extended with several additional train the trainer sessions deployed to our wider internal team in Newcastle. The feedback on the training was positive with the skills and techniques delivered allowing us to embark on a culture change specific to our full training approach and model. Following on from the trainer the trainer courses, we partnered with Target training to develop a UK 4 day leadership development Program attended by in excess of 100 employees across 4 sites. The feedback was always positive with attendees being able to apply the skills back in the work environment. I have personally attended 6 days of training hosted by Target and most importantly always enjoyed them and had fun.... which meant i took something back to the workplace from my time investment. I can't speak highly enough of Ralph and the team at Target.... would highly recommend!

Attended a three day advanced train the trainer course with Ralph in Manchester in February 2020. A very challenging three days where I was continually pressed to improve and driven. I learned a great deal both about training on myself and cannot praise Ralph highly enough for the training he delivers. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thanks Ralph

I met Claire when I attended a course she was facilitating on behalf of a third party. She is extremely knowledgeable about her work, and is clearly passionate about what she does. As a coach, she was warm, encouraging and empathetic, and took the time to make sure we all got the most out of the course material. Her aftercare is exemplary as well. The FMDP course held by Ralph and Claire was great. I have learned a lot from them in a short period of time, that I continuously use in my day to day work. Not only were the methods of bringing the information across excellent, but Ralph and Claire's personality made the course a lot more fun, inspiring you to want to learn more about it.
